I thought it was $50,000 not £££? Have a look on LME. Anyway £25k per tonne is pretty good going anyway. A local chrome plating place recently had all their stock of half a ton stolen. We got there a little late, I saw a couple of runs after a huge break. Got chatting to the guy with the C reg AE86 corolla! Top chap and he's only from weston! Anyway, was a nice day all in all. After we left we went to Burnham beach to let the kids and dogs run round for a few hours :D:D If there is a next time I'll bring the z and run that. Rob & Wendy :D

I read somewhere else the man that died died in hospital from a heart attack. No idea if he was driver, passenger etc. But the 2 lads waited for the ambulance to arrive before departing with another car/team.

oh btw... i was searching around google for an ecu chip for the 2.1TD... found somewhere in germany that ups it to 130odd bhp. Nice 20bhp increase there :)

Yes it was! Took about 90 mins each turbo. The only thing you might like to change is the fact that the turbine nut is a LEFT HAND thread. Might be possible for someone to assume it's a normal right hand thread and snap the turbo shaft :( Anyway. Thanks again and all the best. :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:

Chris I put a 6 or 8mm plate on mine and welded that fooker on. Gotta be stronger than 2mm stock material ;) And the same will happen to the replacement parts wont it? :)
