  1. what do u mean .. how the vac line runs ? Main vac line comes from Inner hard boost pipes each side of the rad then just below the Over ride valve theres a small Y Pipe it connect to main vac line then to Actuator and other side conects to the over ride valve on the Inner hole the outer hole gos to the Turbo intake pipes
  2. na its fine long as its min 10>12" from turbo and Most down pipes fall with in that distance
  3. my down pipes came with the Sensor holes just before the exhaust flange
  4. Earth Strap Bolts on to Chassis above battery then Trails down to the Back of the engine Head. bolts on there and then on to the 2nd to top bell housing bolt Not very clear but u can see where abouts
  5. Will this do you Front O/S Rear O/S Rear N/S Front N/S
  6. Alfie are these wheels u had from me .. I may have pics of all 4 detailed
  7. still strange ,,, but cly3 still can have problems with heat .. well best thing to do is get a comp test and go from there before we start saying this and that more
  8. yes Noz is running close to that kinda power but his Tuning with Max injector duty and Over boosting the stock turbos but your forgetting this is One car on his own turning .. just trying to keep everything realistic here better to have a lower optimistic power spec then when his car is tuned Hay better than expected .. then be let down than Lower than he wanted
  9. missing spark plug tip on cyl6 ? if so it will defo be piston with bits of alloy being chucked around the bore normally damages the plug
  10. i would check all leads anyways but as its cyl6 this is very common for the piston to fail/melt and give u misfire symptoms but check all plugs/wires first
  11. think your being very optimistic on those specs you Prob be more around 380>400 on stock engine/555/tuning even tho hybrid tubs are the easy way of more power there not the most efficient tub and will not Produce the Power like a Bolt on up rated tub
  12. your MPG will drop a little but u will gain a little more power but remember you will need a New ECU Map to work with the 555 injectors
  13. Most engines go for around 200>300 these days i my self have picked up 3 complete working engines that only amount to 200 quid so i would say hes paid 300quid to much regardless if its a Stock or meant to be forged the main point is he was SOLD a forged engine and it is not
  14. when i see ppl fitting the 6x9 in the doors there mounted on the door card its self its a very bad way of doing it Keep the original covers on the doors and just make a Oval mounting plate for the door its self this way u dont butcher the door card and all looks Stock
  15. well i'm running Jecs 740cc injectors and been/are fine
  16. Stock pistons and Rods there m8 Stock Bolts too so where did this engine come from ?
  17. check maf and ecu temp sensor both of these items if bad can give u over fueling
  18. JECS Make a big range of injectors and for some big named brands like nismo i think CPZ/Z1 offer a 5 year garrantie with them too and priced at $475 for 555/740/840/and so on
  19. there nothing to see m8 . long as u have your Pistons with the DOT facing forward on all 6 cylinders u be fine wiseco piston
  20. it was only a matter of time
  21. you need to support the engine from the top .. unbolt the engine mounts from sub fame then you can undo the sub frame and pull it down 6" there abouts this will give you the room to take it off
