  1. nice one Jeff just a few q's taking off the master cylinder/servo... could coarse other problems down the line with BMC seals and Major air in system how easy is it to get to the 4 bolts holding that all together what is needed to be removed to gain sight Mark

  4. plumb both actuators together on a T join and then to the Out Put on the boost controller solenoid Plumb both Boost Feed pipes together on T join and then to the Input on the boost controller solenoid .. all boost/actuator vacuum lines are 5mm all sensor/solenoid vacuum lines are 4mm

  10. you shouldnt swap them from one head to another .. just make sure that the cam spins freely with in the head .. once clamped down ( do this before fitting lifters ) and the cam bridges to have markings on them little dimples 2/3/4/5 facing front of Head

  12. yes .. Dont swap the cam Bridges from one head to other as they will be Cut for the Head swapping cams from one head to another will be fine just make sure there is no scoring or pickup on the bridges or cams them self

  17. T28 are journal bearing ( normally used on hybrids and about every OEM turbo on the market ) GT28 are Twin Ball Bearing Share the same Housings as older type GTX28 are Twin Ball Bearing with Billet comp wheel and bigger Housings
  18. yeah seen them thats for the manifold in side ... not exhaust side :) even if u did have other turbos with bigger flange that needed them still wouldnt fit due to the clearance on the sub-frame and other items around

  22. thats a snap u can see the stress point but looks like its been going for some time as there is rust on half of it
