I'm in the middle of having a plenum Modified and removing aload of stuff of it .. Taken off the bolt mounts pcv valves water pipes Blocking off Balance bar ( removed ) Now the IDle control valve the balance bar Feeds it from the small pipe throu the plenum and then back out in to outlet turbo pipe do u guys think it will be ok to make a Internal hole with in the plenum on one side to feed the idle control unit all so is there any other info on this at all ?

had the same with them last year ... ended up canceling the order with them and shopping with cpz ... got better prices too

Ok Electric Fan shouldn't be on .. Check the 2 pin temp plug on the top front water pipe when this goes faulty it can give you a very bad running all most like a misfire but on the other hand get your engine Compression tested as Cylinder 6 is very known for Melting failing that i do have a Spare NA ECU u can Borrow or buy Mark

well i went bk today to go get that unit but it had gone ... so i came away with this ... got few other items along with it got over £100quid knocked off the price

ok forgot about stock pipes are 12mm .. after market oil pipes are 13>14mm

13/14mm for union joints and yes should be very tight and no oil leaks or drips .. 19mm for the water Banjos you can get to the outer joint but the inner one that sits next to the engine u have no chance

i would turn your gain up as well ... IE for 9psi + gain should be around 15>20

where was your boos leaks ?

Ok NA Manual Box on TT car the TT clutch/flywheel will fit Just not every time will the bell housing need modifying for clearance ... but for sure if its using tt clutch system the starter motor will have a 4mm Spacer between it and the gear box ... so this will be the easy part to identify what clutch system your running .. if no spacer it will be NA clutch setup NA Clutch on a TT car will work with stock power nothing much more really
