  1. that setup will be fine m8 ... 4.5" ic's on stock tubs+ 9psi boost will give u boost pressure loss and more Lag

Filter > Turbo > Intercooler > Throttle bodies > Cylinders the hole point with Intercoolers is to remove some of the restrictions of the standard setup when wanting more power if your car is Running completely stock there would be very little gains in changing the IC to a bigger one but when wanting more power ... Filter is one of the first mods to be done but bigger flowing filter with little more boost will make more heat .. put a bigger IC on then air charge temp comes down ... more power ... to get even more power ... bigger pipes and so on

  5. the hole point of a inter cooler is to keep the Air Temp Charge as cool as ... the Problem with a turbo is the more Boost the hotter the air charge gets hot air mixed with fuel in the engine will give you less power so yes if you change the intercooler on a stock car there will be an improvement to what point no one can say as each car would be different but more boost = more heat .. Big no no oh and bigger iC is really needed if the turbo is Flowing More air than stock tub .. this will help too

  10. if it was Maf related it wouldn't rev regardless .... but as your saying it dose but not under load i would just check your Boost pipes assuming its a TT that u own
  11. cheapest place would be from Z1 motor sport or conzept Z performance .. both in the USA
  12. i know .. i got a load of items i was sending him for chroming i have his address he gave me but just want to confirm all is ok in what he wants and want im sending to be done ... and time is ticking on now as will be putting my car back together in the next few weeks

  14. Bolts to the chassis half way across batt on bulk head ... then a small tie clamp .. down to the Head and bolts there then on to the Top bolt of the gear box

  16. even thou u don't have an MOT certificate like u used to you still have a Paper sheet to say u have had it done and when its due again you should have that to start off with if u dont .. its most likely u forgot to get it done :) tut tut lol

  18. just to say my abs system is 94+ i did have air in the rear of my system when i bled my brakes but i did speak to someone with the same Problem as Jap but on an earlier car and he said it was the servo .. he replaced and all is ok but i still can not see how if servo fails he would be hard brakes regardless i would of said its the BMS failing with the sounds u said its doing
  19. when i replaced my brake fluid through out the system i just started with Rear o/s > N/S Front O/s > N/S just kept topping it up till i has pushed the same amount out that i put in on each side did no bleeding of the abs unit as i couldn't get to it at the time and brakes are fine
