New F1 rule for 2014 season.....
Would of only made a difference to three championships in the last 20 years!....needless to say this year would have made no difference either, perhaps better for those teams fighting for position, but lets be honest it's all tinkering and getting away from the main point.. All the time you allow teams to get away with spending 3 x the budget of another you will never know who is the best. Budgets! Budgets! Budgets! big or small make them the same, unleash the rules to make the dynamics down to innovation and see who wins!...plenty of bright people out there and not all called Adrian!!

Paypal/Ebay fiasco advice please
Infuriating this situation, I hope you get it sorted tajing the good advice on the here. I had the same with Paypal after an ebay buyer reported an item not working when he received it. The unit was in full working order as I had only just finished with it off the boat, the unit he retuned at my expense was not the same one I had sent, as i had taken the serial number down It turns out he was a trader and sent one of his fault units back so he could sell on mine....Paypal said that they I had no recourse as he had sent back a unit! and they enforced full repayment including collection fees!!!

How mad would you be....
That is shocking and the police say they cannot get involved.!..makes you think twice about Nissan UK if this is the level of concern they show for an obviously loyal customer. The toe rag obvioulsy got a kick out of it...lets see if he's still smiling when he looks for another job in the trade.

RIP Nelson Mandela
With DeKlerk, he removed Apartheid from South Africa, but far greater was the man, that his message went across the world to engage people to be more tolerant and accepting of all colour and cultures. It seems these days that there are many from other beliefs who would like to undo the good, but his legacy is strong and will i believe remain the roadmap for the future. RIP Nelson Mandela.

never been so fu#@$ing angry!!!!
Sounds a nightmare Adam, are the pictures you have taken time dated on either your phone of camera, if so then i would think you have a case to take against the insurer via the ombudsman. An assessor should be able to look at both vehicles and detemine the "hit" areas and if they match furthering the case, if there was contact and thereby fault. I hope you get something sorted Mate and by the way enjoy Xmas with the old man, that's worth celebrating at least.

RIP Paul Walker
So that clears that up then? I have no more information on what happened than any one else, but as Rodas was a Pro...of eight races!! he should be aware more than most about high speeds on Us roads, given the limit is a statutory 55, Whatever happened in those late hours of the evening, that car was split in half by pole and burst into flames....the only question I can see from the awful images coming out is a right rear tyre that has shredded and damage at that level could only have been achieved driving at a significant speed. I'm not looking for a debate, just stunned at the ferocity of the crash and the terrible outcome, I don't think there is any qualification that mitigates the finality of this accident.

RIP Paul Walker
Very sad news! Family is a big fan of the F&F movies, whilst not the most riveting actor he had a charm about him and clearly a very generous spirit with his charity. Begs the question would you allow a mate to take you for a rapid drive in a 200 mph car wih likely no experience of performance driving? Watched him in 8 below the other day a feel good Disney film, which showed a different side to his acting skills. RIP Paul Walker.

Nexus 7, 2013 edition is superb by all accounts, not a single negative review for it!

Finally, I've bought a tablet - why didn't I do it sooner!?
I can't make up my mind what would be best, a Tablet, or a Phablet ofr a tablet/ notebook! I want to use it for the internet, emails, Movies and TV streaming but also for work to access docs and edit info for customer sign off at site. I have been to the Windows/Nokia partnership launch and they kindly gave us a free windows phone, but using a genuine windows PC tablet and a windows phone with office on will allow a constant update across the platforms of any changes, emails etc that go on, this includes desktop. Of course to do this your best using something like office 365 which utilises the Skydrive cloud store solution. But then I hear Sky for instance doesn't support Sky Go on the windows platform and perhaps the apps store is limited but then I'm not big on apps!, I guess the questions for me is should a tablet be used as a media device or is there a good office applications that would be compatible with Windows that would open up the choices on the android platform. Pehaps I should just buy a Hudl or Nexus and be done with it, however it would be great to hear more experiences of different models to guage the real world benefits.
