So I bought a new 300zx...
Bargain find Baz, well done! Amazing what a quick brush up can do. Question though? Did all 99 spec Z32's have a standard bumper with intakes for intercoolers as yours is an N/A right? Colour is stunning and love those wheels..

Inc86's Zed
To be honst this is a non thread regardng this particular sale. Ian wants the car sold and recover what he can, without hassle and probably quicker than another 6 days of auction (still with the potential of a buyer pulling out) and Lee is clearly not the type to renage on an agreement and already committed to buying and collecting the car. Morally there is a question about running an auction when you've already agreed a deal with someone else off another sale site (forum) but the auction can run up to 12 hours I think before you can pull it and no money ahs changed hands, jsut good faith, which for many off us still stands stead like a handshake! It's not like the auction will run to the last minute as there will be another 5 days left to run after the car is sold and collected. So dissapointment by any potential buyer will be mittigated by not knowing if they would have had the winning bid or not and they still have time to get on with another auction! Only thing I would say is if you place a bid on an auction, particuarly Ebay and that auction runs to your bid, you are legally liable for it, subject to any get outs you argue over. 15K Lee!!! typo error of course! Lol! I think the issue understandably here is not about this particular auction as I think both members have hounarable intentions, but is is an issue when people pull the auction at the last opportunity either due to unfavourable bidding or having genuinley sold an item elswhere to avoid Ebay/ Paypal fees. It is this situation that really gets peoples goat, when you perhaps choose to bid on one item and miss out on another that you would have otherwise bid on! Ebay is C**p and on the slide, too many cancellations or return options for buyers and not enough honest sellers...and don't get me started on the fees!! Good luck to both Lee and Ian on this Sale, looks like the weather will be good here to collect tomorrow.

Trial by media !!
I was listening to the senior Police officer in charge of the case today, saying that they would consider the case for any Victim of sexual assault........on what grounds do they know they are actual Victims, have they made up their mind on the heresay of someone who has come forward out of no where and claims an incident that might of taken place 20-30-40 years ago? surely they should be stating these are only alledged victims! I for one would like to see any kiddie fiddler hung and drawn if proven guilty, but on the back end of Saville the CPS are on a witch hunt supported by the politicaly correct left wing who have their own aggenda...seeking out anyone who may be willing to come forward and make spurious and unproven claims against another. These claims are a shocking waste of public money and cause the destruction of someones reputation and in many cases their financial security, without fear of any public indentification...wrong, Just wrong! The worst thing is, real victims especialy in recent events probably won't come forward because of the press frenzy and desperation of the CPS to find a head to hang at whatever cost. Think I need a quick double of dark rum!

Ferarri eater!!
Saw this today as well, must admit i know Jeff was good at what he does, but 400 bhp on a stock tuned map setup.......very impressive, LOL!

whats the name of that guy
Truly Stunning build, but it went to a good home.

injectors
Subjective to price up as it's more down to what someone is prepared to pay and you prepared to part with. There have been a number of 550cc injectors for sale on here at around the £250-£300 mark ( including my own) but these are obviously a higher performance bracket so may reflect on rarity, demand etc! try your luck and see what comes up!

injectors
Would fetch good money I would think. To take advantage of their potential performance you would need to look at mapping, turbo specs and realistically engine build quality. If you already have that sorted then worth considering, but if you already have the performance you want, the best move them on.

Very quick Hill climb
Great Vid!, used to go to Gurston Down hillclimb in wiltshire, with the old man, many years ago... the stock stuff was good but the prototypes some people entered were awesome.

- bottom end bearings
That's a good deal especialy given the feedback on them.- bottom end bearings
Thanks gent's I'll take a look.- bottom end bearings
Where do you get them from?- What do you think about the bumper?
See! that's why i should ask more questions on the forum...chance are someone has done it already! I really like!, I think the mesh could be a larger gauge to allow better breathing to the intercooler as theres probably less air getting through in volume than the original and would consider doing the Rad intake as well, all said though a relly nice job! was it difficult to cut and finish? Also agree that on both yours and Daves a Stillen lip would finidh it off nicely as keeping a stock retro look!- What do you think about the bumper?
Nice job Dave, was looking to do the same on mine having photo shopped it a couple of times, although would remove all the vanes and grille both the rad and cooler vents.- John Button RIP
Testing starts in a little over two weeks with completely new cars/ engines etc, so a normal session would be tough but John was always with Jenson and there is no doubt it's going to be very tough for him, however F1 will close ranks and look after their own and so he won't be short of support!..can only wish him and his family good luck. - bottom end bearings
