A sad thread
Early days on such sad news, but perhaps we can make a simple effective tribute, if Ian is attending one of the main events with Zebedee (or in any case) we can have a short sound of the Horns in her memory, Just an idea!

Prescott! Now there's a miscarriage of justice,, he should of fallen on his sword not be knighted by one!

Has Jeremy gone to far this time.
I would expect an internal investigation and a disciplinary action in the event a guilty verdict was found! However the BBC is a public corporation it is supported 100% by the public giving the bosses the right to buy and sell programs in order to turn a profit for there bonuses. Whoops! sorry shareholders (taxpayer) As a licence holder whether you want to be or not you, have a right to see the programs paid for by your license fee and advertised by the corporation as part of your viewing entertainment. If I hit someone at work, I would expect to be disciplined if proven at fault, I wouldn't expect my customers to go without the products they have purchased because I am told I cannot deliver them! No so much about Clarkson, more about program delivery. He will appear elsewhere with a new program on another broadcaster and the BBC, thereby License fee payer will have to watch the 300 million viewers worldwide (for Top Gear) switch channels and see the BBC income fall by another £15 million a year. (pre tax)

Sack cloth wearing, self righteous, tree hugging, left wing PC bloodsuckers, have destroyed the BBC for the creative and varied broadcasting it used to be renowned for. Many may not like Top Gear deeming it irrelevant, but it's gloveless approach to the motoring world and those that govern us that make it very relevant!!. is Clarkson a D**k,? most of the time perhaps, but the point is he would agree with you and probably laugh it off with a beer or two, where as the PC brigade whom are completely devoid of a sense of humour and self deprecation, would rather sue you for all your worth... The BBC has sucked the blood out of programming and yet were forced to still pay for it, it can't afford to buy decent sports or film rights because all the money goes to Directors and quangos set up to "manage" the Corp, all getting obscene settlements for leaving early in jobs they couldn't do, having been paid absurd remuneration at the license fee paying public!! It is the only TV show the BBC has that is now broadcast worldwide every week beating all viewing figures for the home grown soap junk! and yet they treat the show with utter contempt and seemingly embarrassment... because they just don't get it. Rant over, Clarkson for Transport Minister!!

Need an advice for opening a business in UK
The Uk car market is wide and diverse with many enthusiast clubs across the range of manufacturers, but I would expect that like the zed owners market most owners wouldn't look to buy a new engine but use the various trades and experiences of other owners and traders to sort issues out, that's the whole point of the clubs! That said you may find a market in garages and general public, which might prefer to buy new rather than reconditioned, which is still a popular solution to car repairs over here. As far as knowledge for you to set up a business in the UK, not taking into account any European trade policy's you may have to cross, a good start is this website which the government support. https://www.gov.uk/browse/business/setting-up Either way I wish you luck with your opportunity.

Zed on Pistonheads for sale (Nissan - 'other models' category)
Unfortunately proves yet again you can sell cars on this forum without contributing to it! Would of been better if everyone had blanked the sellers rouse to redirect to another paid site where his car was for sell, rather than undermining this one...realistically his loss, because he would of probably received a better price on an official 300 forum for the sake of £20 than paying a classified.
