I'm glad that you got it on the road, a bit curious as to how it got through the MOT with the brake issues though. If it was a car that belonged to a non technical person the potential of brake failure would be a serious concern. Hope you get it sorted.

Fair enough! I also agree that the car may not be required to meet the emissions given it's age, I don't think mine was tested when last mot'd. Perhaps call another test station and find out if they would test the car on this.

Due to circumstances I am having to sell up some parts. Here are the Injectors I purchased form another forum member, who confirmed these to be in excellent condition! I can not verify this as they have not been fitted, but I have no reason to think otherwise. I cannot be 100% on whether these are Jecs, but I am sure that is what I had purchased. if anyone knows how to ID them I will check to confirm.

Wiseco 87.5mm Pistons & Eagle Rods Purchased from another forum member who had them on an engine for about 3K miles. In Very good condition, but would probably recommend new rings as matter of course.

I'm going to add them to mine, save getting it tuned.

Racing stripes maybe, but at 390hp that's no racing engine!

Dan, I've used many couriers over the years, good and bad, of late, for personal stuff I've used My Hermes as the drop off is literally down the road. I have not had any problems with delivery and the costs are low compared to Royal Snail! However be aware that their insurance has limited item cover so it depends what your sending or if you feel you need to have insurance on it. I'm sure there's many others but I am quoting on my experience only.
