  1. I have had it all 4 wheel aligned but my passenger wheel leans in about 10mm more than my drivers and both on full tilt?

  3. I have just fitted a full set of Meister coilovers, lowered it so my rear 18x9.5 alloys / tyre has a finger width of space between tyre and arch. The car looks awesome sat at that height and un-believeabley still clears speed bumps! The rears have a 30 offset which means the tyres are very close to the arch inner roll but for the passenger side this is absoulutely fine with no scrub but the drivers side hits the lip now and again which is well annoying. When you look straight down from about i could phyisically see the passenger side leans in a good 10mm more than the drivers side so i checked the camber adjustmant and mad sure both where at maximum lean in but i cant get the drivers side to lean in as much as the passenger side? Am i missing something somewhere?

  10. Hi all, i will be recieving a HID kit from santa this year and he has asked which one should he get me?:w00t: Which kit and where to buy from is the best? Is it H1 H3 or H4 for the dipped beam? What K rating and wattage is best? cheers....

  15. this happened on my R33 Skyline, part was £8.00, Nissan wanted £400.00 in labour... I did it myself.
  16. I have been having vibration issues lately so jacked the car up today and checked for play in any suspension components at the front. I have discovered when holding the wheel at top and bottom i can feel play something but is so difficult to see or feel what it is when you need both hands on the wheel to make it clunk backwards and forwards. I "think" its coming from the large joint with the rubber cap which covers the upper castle nut. can it be re-packed with grease or is it a new component? Its either this or the upper camber arm as i can actually see the movement in this but i feel its not this thats giving the movement.. has anyone else experienced this.. i would expect so..:whistling:??
  17. how much of the hard earned are we talking for a one piece boyo's?

  19. I was driving down the motorway today at normall speed:biggrin: and the car had a vibration which could only be described as a pulsing sensation? it would vibrate then disapear, then vibrate and disapear on and off at around 80mph? The steering also feels quite sensitive and loose? cheers James
  20. jesus much heat needed is an under statement! they are finally OUT!!! thank god, that was soooo difficult but heat was definately they way to go. question for all you DW kit people, do you use one large nut and one small or 2 small? ive just fitted them on with 2 large nuts but they toe in to much, i dont suppose it matters if i use the 2 small nut supplied?
  21. really nice car bud, this colour makes them look really clean and sharp, you could eat your dinner off the rear spoiler..:clown:
  22. bought a blow torch today and im gonna attack it tomorrow night, thought about getting back on it today but i would have been in the wrong frame of mind and would have ended up melting the alloy hub in to a travel flask..lol.
  23. Thanks mate, tryed everything but heat now, i have grinded and hammered until i can hammer now more, its the worst job i have ever done! it looks as though i may need to buy some hubs they havent even moved. Nothing has ever beat me but for today i have give up.
