  1. Does anyone over here sell the speed bleeder nipples? just seen them on the Z1 site but would like some for weekend.. thanks..
  2. It does say 300zx in the listing though if not?
  3. ha yer... good thinking.. it does look rather large and tall.. let us know Coolq?
  4. Jesus... that was soooo funny, i couldnt stop reading that, the best read ive had for ages.. Love it..
  5. they seem to be a good idea mate.. shall i buy one i wonder? anyone think these are a bad idea?
  6. lol... yer sounds good mate we will arrange something soon then once i have brakes again which should be pretty soon as Gonzo is posting the brake servo tomorrow. Time for a lay down in the car then.
  7. yer strangely i can blow straight through both! i would never expect that to be the case but i guess its certainly possible with a Z lol. I will try the bypass though and get back to you. We will have to meet up at some point bud as we both live in Yorkshire?
  8. Thanks mate! ive just sourced a brake servo from Gonzo and a clutch servo from Vodkashots. Ill change them both out and if found to be fine i can always re-sell on. Thanks for your help, ill look into the vacuum tanks, i think i may have seen one already come to think of it. James
  9. thanks lads, is it best to buy new internals for both or just known working second hand units from the forum? it looks to me then as both have failed and split as yes i can blow down those pipes with no restriction. Turbocraigy: you say vacuum tanks if not the clutch? where are the vacuum tanks bud? with both leaking i bet this is why my idle and fuel usage is high..
  10. lol that means it either one of two things... there nicked or i cant think of a second.. im good at keeping secrets:cool3: PM me...
  11. where did you get the handles from bud?
  12. Update: i had a look at the brake servo today and pulled a few hoses off and had a blow, it was a job:clown: firstly few things to point out, i recently had a left O2 sensor failure which i have replaced. now i have a right O2 failure, my idle is high and sometimes sits at 1300, normal is 1000 and drops to 700 occasionally. I have reset base idle and checked everything else like TPS voltage, ECU temp sendor etc, so i think i have a vaccume leak somewhere pointing to the brake servo? i can blow down Red B but not Red A i can blow down Yellow B but not Yellow A i assume green C are one way valves? when i pull any of the pipes of at first, pressure is realeased... any ideas people? james
  13. nice Rich!! very good taste and i LOVE the interior. Did you manage to source some SWB drivers and passengers door glass? Im desperately in need of some. james
  14. only brake pedal makes the wimper, never the clutch. when i stamp on the brake pedal it squeals. and when ive stopped, press the clutch down and brake the brake goes down even more with a wimper..
  15. hi Alan, the wimper comes from the brake pedal when pressed while the clutch is depressed if you get my drift? cheers bud
  16. not that i know of jeff? how could i check for that.. i will check the one way valves though thank you.
  17. hi all, when i come to a stop say in a carpark, foot depressed on brake and at the same time i press down the clutch, i hear a strange squeak and the brake pedel seems to depress some more? almost like a pressure leak? what can i look at to fix this.. cheers all.
  18. yer they are off the car at the moment, gonna buy a pair of new ones from Z Centre.
  19. Just thought id put up some pictures of the Z and a brief list of what ive done over the past month or 2. 1. Removed spolier and bought strip which has been carbon wrapped. 2. Removed rear wiper. 3. Spent 2 weeks in a body shop and had all the boot holes and wiper hole welded up and fully smoothed and i treat the car to a full respray in its original colour. 4. Wrapped roof in carbon 3M 6. Brand spanking new Rota Bronze GTR alloys. 7. Meister R coilovers 8. DW Kit to rear Photos where taken with a mobile so not great but some good eye candy i reckon and absoulutley adore its new look. enjoy...
  20. Thanks Andy, ive had my rear arches cut out to accept an et30 so no a problem (just removed and sold my others) so ill buy the et 20 for the front then... thanks for the speedy responce! now all i have to do is choose between, GTR polished Bronze or GRID matt Bronze.... mmmmmmmmmmmm?
  21. just gonna order some Rota GTR's online and they have two different offsets? 18 x 9.5 ET30 (rear) 18 x 8.5 ET35 or ET20 for the front, i can never remember the offsets and which way is best? please advise... james
