Auto box woes
I think you are testing the wrong circuit....try the other connector by the TPS - a three wire one - that should give you more realistic values.

PC Helpplease
There are some service packs available for version 6 - is it all websites or just some that it has a problem with? Have you got anything set inside the Privacy setting in the TOOLS menu? That specifically has a bearing on cookies seperate from the other settings.

PC Helpplease
Have you tried upgrading to the latest version of your browser - I've seen programs that complain about cookies even though all the settings are to allow them - try the upgrade and see how that goes first.

4 wheel tracking
I reckon me and SRRAE have used the same place in Bolton - Thistlethwaites tyres - very good and friendly service - took 45 mins and u get the before and after printout to keep - made a hell of a difference to both the handling and general drivability of the car - I was trashing the inside edges of my tyres but should be fine now! Highly recommended.

handbrake cable
All, my handbrake questions continue - after having adjusted the star wheels the handbrake is still out of balance on the drivers side being far too weak - I'm now thinking it needs a new brake cable - first - how much is one and second how hard is it to fit one? and third - is thare any adjustment for the balance of the cable apart from at the brake handle as this wont adjust any more.... Thanks.

Newly Aquired 300zx auto teething troubles
Check the Auxilliary air valve - I assume it has got one as its injection? When these dont work - they can fire up and then die as its not letting extra air into the system - but the car would run fine when fully warm......Just a guess of course.
