Come spring I'd be up for a few runs at Shakespeare. Maybe we could get a few of us together. Experienced help would help us novices.

CRASHED my zed
That's a shitter, glad your ok and seeing positive. The sadist in me wants pictures. Kinda hard to imagine the extent of the damage.

Is 12kg front springs too much?
There a higher rate than 8/6 currently, can't remember what they are though. The ones I've got are only height adjustable not adjustable dampening.

stupid stupid boy!!! :(
Admiring his stitching I suspect.

Is 12kg front springs too much?
12 front 6.3 rear? I agree it sounds too harsh for the road but those rates seem odd, I'd expect it to be like 12/10, 10,8 etc. I'm going down to a 6/4k as my current ones are just too harsh for the crap roads round here and the wife now refuses to get in the car. To also made the car "skippy"

Seconded. Any pictures of your intercooler set up Bob?

Fitting AMS Manifolds
Not to be that dick but make sure you check them throughly before fitting, or even before getting carried away removing the block. There are known quality control problems and I'd hate to see you pull the block to find they don't fit. I'm sure they will be fine but it's best to check now rather than later, right?

Event idea for 2017 your thoughts and input please
Public I believe mate. Can't really commit to much next year, reasons yet to be revealed.

18x9 Front rim?
You need to know the offset bud. The diameter of the wheel is immaterial as long as the rolling radius isn't changed and the width, 8j, 9j etc are meaningless to an extent without the offset. You would struggle to fit a 6j with a massively wrong offset.

350Z REAR BREMBO calipers. Link needed please.
Do you already have the 350 calipers Pete? Pretty sure that the R33 rears are virtually identical and require much less effort. Alternatively if you wish to go bigger then 370z discs coupled with Evo Brembo rears which require a bracket. You may find it more fruitful searching for conversions to S14. A little search revealed a company called DB power give a few options, may be worth a chat.

help needed
Why not do a proper job and get under there, clean and inspect. You won't get it all off particularly if your exhaust is old and rusty. But your going to reduce it. A little oil goes a long way, smoke wise.
-

Is it not the residual oil from where your oil cooled adapter was leaking? That would be about the right area.
-
SWB Cat back exhaust
It does indeed, we used to build and assemble hand rails etc on super yachts out of it.
-
help needed
Repair leak, change oil try again. Don't go driving it about with no oil.

Automatic or manual?

SWB Cat back exhaust
Pretty sure japspeed systems are 304. Certainly going to outlast a mild steel system but defiantly not rust proof. Even 316 will rust given time, Chinese 316 isn't quite the same either. Same as 4130 cromolly tube, get the proper stuff it's strong as ****, Chinese version, not soooo much.

Three Sisters Track Attack Sep 18th.
Indeed, something I really want to have a crack at but I've got a few hurdles in the way including a serious lack of motivation at present. I could do with throwing a grand at the car atm and its money I really should be spending else where.

Massive problem
Even if the image has been modified in paint or the like, pretty sure the information (the image is made of) is still present, like layers. So whilst it may not be extremely simple you can reverse engineer the process and regain the original image. Is that correct?

If it's still here Bri and I and I can help let me know, I owe you one anyway.
