  1. yeh i believe your correct, but ive driven it round as many round abvouts as possible and worked it from lock to lock about a dozen times . and its not changed very mucgh at all, the middle seems to be ok its just the further part of lock.
  2. i pretty much fully drained teh system when i refurbed the pump and replaced the high pressure lines etc. when i fired it up tonight i filled up the pot and wound it lock to lock and lots of air came out, tyhe pot was rising on full lock and the fluid went fizzy to start with. it has got lightyer but its still VERY heavy. any one got any further suggestions to this, it worked fine before. the erason i took it apart was beacause of a leak.
  3. done a sheet of 120x60 did the two cross bars and teh trims.

  9. i dunno baz changing the plugs is pretty easy once you find them
  10. manuals are crapo for teh reasons already expressed plus being a twin turbo car youi cant garantee the boost is equal. boost jets are cheap and effective but they can still spike, ebc is teh way if you have the cash. i hope you have a chipped ecu running with those jets.
  11. i was under the impression the passenger side i s the easier one to get at and the servo must be revomed to access the drivers side.
  12. asi say not sure but worth ago. doesnmt cost anything
  13. yours aint far off that atm gaz lol
  14. what exactly did you want the photo for dave? cos then people could focus on the objective your trying to achieve.
  15. you must leave it without power for a set amount of tiome 20 minutes or so, to reset the ecu. i dunno if this affcets the maf on a zed 100% but when it broke on my vauxhall i had to do this without doing it it made no difference, and obviously we all know that the ecu needs to relearn settings after poor ones have been used. worth a go isnt it.
  16. did you reset the ecu after you fuitted the maf?
  17. ive found a pair of wires and a single one that goes directly to the horns. how can i check that there uis a feed to the hron and that its the horn tahts at fault the fuse was fine.
  18. that would be helpfull. im doing my roof and i would liek the gloss look to it.
  19. no its oem, which fuse box>? the one on the passenger side wing?
  20. does it even run like that? bet it smoked like a bitch and ran like a pissed pirate.
  21. goopd shout single exit loses every time on a zed.
  22. why are the horn son zeds so crap and tempremental, mine was shagged last mot so it was replaced no its buggered again, theyre always bad sounding and pathetic, but why do they break, it now doesnt make a sound, i assume its teh actual horn? not a dodgy switch? how can i check whats common etc.....
  23. the other question is what stops it being a sports car and makes it a muscle car. we hear the term jap muscle car banded about a fair amount these days, i certainly wouldnt call a shortie a muscle car. my lwb is listed as a hatchback on the insurance! previous insuarnce it was a coupe. what about corvettes etc? thats another question...
