  1. thankyou he has offered a full refund my only real concern now is the shister putting them back up and selling them onto somebody that is a littel less switched on...
  2. It has put me off part worns tbh. But it was only a stop gap, I think im gonna wait till next month and bang out 200 odd quid on somee faulkens ....
  3. i believe you nee dto change the mounting bracket, this will then pull the pulley in further and it will line up. or you can simply tak ethe tt pump apart and remove the fins from teh rear section and put some blanks into the outlet as this would have fed your hicas. easy peasey. hardest bit is getting the damn pump back in the bracket. theres an exploded view in the service manual if your unsure what im talking about.
  4. we have had over 800 i guess he zed a transam a focus and my mrs kia lol
  5. i was always under the impression there was a slight difference but the lwb one does still fit
  6. put some pics up and look at the chassis plate it quite simple to tell your date of manufacture. if your worried about cut and shut then start checking over the internal pannels. i doubt it is though more than likly the dvla or importer have cacked up many ember have zeds listed as nissan gt or nissan pimera.
  7. im in the process of getting a refund, ebay stipules Used: A tyre that has been previously used, but remains in good working condition with sufficient tread remaining to comply with the seller’s local legal requirements for on-road use (if applicable). See the seller’s listing for full details so essentailly theyre not road legal so theyre not within the description. and they were advertised as 35 and theyre 40s anyways i dunno wghat the outcome will be but i spose in reality he hasnt got much to stand on theyre not as listed are they lol. ive emailed him back and tried to be resonable.
  8. Well he cant refuse a refund theyee the wrong size and not fit for purpose so the advert is disdescription. Infact he could be sued. I havent fitted them, ive alreadycontacted him via ebay asking goe a refund on the reasons abive.
  9. Recieved some part worns I got off ebay, one of them though doesnt look road legal to me theres A 10MM deep gouge in the side wall and what looks like a burn mark about half the size of a penny on the tred. What should I do?
  10. yeah i did my roof aswel. its awesome stuff you do however need warmth.
  11. or do what i did dave and vynal over them and the roof moulds too.
  12. i drve my car about 50 t0 100 miles each week i dont ever nee dto top up tahts how little. im talking drops. but annoyingly if im booting it about it lands on the tubs and burns off then when im sat still for prolongued amounts of time pretty embrassing at say a level crossing in summer.... :/ like you im going top work from the top down. its really ahrd to trace but i get quite a bit roiund the oil filter tree.
  13. ive got the same problem only drops on boost i think. seems to be alotta crap roun dthe pcv tubes so i think il change the piping that connects the valves.
  14. lets just clatify this as its starting to sound bad lol, hellraisers mrs is one of the land ladies, and ultimateray is the chef.
  15. Hellraiser aka gaz is one ourlocal guys. Knows his way round a zed pretty well me him and phil havr a little local club going on and try to help eachother out as much as poss
  16. I actually like the blueone
  17. dont see why not howeer you would be better off time and finaces depending. yoyu can convert to full flow witha thermostatic valve. ive been doing quite a bit of looking about recntly and essentially our oil system is only partially cooled. it comes off the oil tree then through the cooler back to the sump, many of the yanks are using full flow allowing better circulation through the block and more effiocent cooling. have a look at the z1 site ay there oil cooler kits.
  18. external cooler is old skool lol. another couple of coats she will be a goodun. you using a compressor or rattle cans? still is gonna be a track car isnt it? if so i think you need something seriously lairy to balance out like glossy dayglow green alloys or decals.... lol
  19. i know a few people have these are are rating them very highly, but what is the name of the company that produce these copies please? thier available through ebay.
  20. fine im going for it lol but phil for that comment if they go pop your helping to pull the block :)
  21. i dont know what state the turbos are in, but they dont smoke presently. i have had a set of japspeed decats in my shed for a while now, but just the front decat not the downpipes from the turbos. so two questions first can i use these are or they for an n/a? second shouldi use them or am i asking for trouble, i think the cats are a bit restrictive at prestent. so whats the vote? i dont wanna have to recon the tubs as im on a budjet and it would be a pain in the ass pulling the block.
  22. When you see stuff like that in the grim light of day, well. What those men went through both sides. Wereally should be more greatfull for what we have history is dark
  23. Thats unfortunatly how it made its end. I will be javing another one day in a tropical pond. And im gonna start a coral farm time money and space are in yhe way. Ive got rid of all of yhose tanks except the reef tank. Couldnt part with that.
