Recently on the news they have been talking about this new scheme whereby people of my age will be offered the chance to pay 4% of my salary into a pension scheme. This will start with companies like tesco etc, then be rolled out. This is apprantly because where people are living ,onger the money pot for state pensions is becoming too small. This sparks some questions. Bearing in mind about a back they incresed my tax allowence because Im on a limited income. Firstly will I still be expected to pay the tax ive paid in for years to pay m yh state pension if im paying this new tax? Will I also still recieve that pension one day? If I opt not to pay this 4% will I be opting out of getting a pension full stop? The press seem to praise this idea but I can see from here this is simply another income tax that will cost me £50 a month, because they cant organise the finances properly. Last year they realised we should pay less tax so I goy about a tenner back this year they want 50 per pay cheque. Anyone care to explain maybe ive misunderstood? Just feels like another kick in the teeth for generation x.

How did that rx8 go my dads got one and its pretty pants. Its the full fat 230 aswe. I also had a play with one in my zed doing 50mph pulls and shit me it was slow. Could of been the little one didnty stop to chat lol.

i hate stuff like that lol i used to do alot of travelling when i used to ride bmx and sometimes id not push myself and id know i wouldnt be going back to that place for a while and id spend the whole next week back from being on tour kicking myself for not doing xyz then i started doing xyz when i came to me which hurt lol but at least i didnt regret it. better to do something and regret something that went wrong, than regret never doing anything.

ive stripped down one of the tubs already btw lol

a little valve that controls the pressure within the crankcase if they fail they can jam closed causing back pressure on the tub seal that forces oil out because it cannot pass into the sump properly. if failing open it can pull oil in from the rocker cover which burns. its worth going through the intake tract to check for oil and changing the pcvs will cost you about£70 to change them. my cars currently got its engine out with the tubs being replaced. hence why its not been around recently, and oh weve moved lol to bournemouth. gimme a shout if you need a hand as you can imagine though im pretty short on time atm due to my own project.

well thats the thing mate we can all sit here banging on about how quick our zed is and even chuck out dyno figures but until the car is out on track or on the strip its all just numbers. because you the driver control how that power is used. japfest this yery i was very impressed to see how quick essebees car was only to realise after chatting with him it was virtually stock, good driver. :)

i know its been done to detah but after looking for it jeffs picture doesnt seem to work anymore.... anyways logically looking at it i can quite happily see that there are two take offs from the water hose to the heater matrix. each of these take offs go to the turbo water feeds. now obviously you simply loop these up and delete the section that previously went under the plenum. and link up the return circuit.. yeah im a little confused pictures worth a thousand words as they say guys so please share your pics.

what can you tell me from this engine number..... vg30 253395y and all of my pistons have 30P written on them with a varying 3 digit number, the confusing thing is this... the other pistons from 3 different turbo engines ive seen have 30P1 written on them.... anyone care to explain?:detective:

You wil also want larger injectors to make use of your larger turbos and trust me you dont wanna fit secondhabd unknown units to have to refit as its a pain in the ass mines currently going through this. Have you done your pcvs?

I think its limited mods only ive basically just hot cat back and diffwrent alloys declared. I know a few members struggle to get there modded beasts insured.

yeah when you look at the rear face there is an I shaped divider that divides the normal exhaust gases from those coming from the waste gate. when you look at it you will see there a gap maybe half a mm this allows gasses to pass from the exhaust into the dump tube as it where. i dont think thats a good thing. a few of the us guys have messed about with these. il try and find it for you.

Correct, trouble is most find that the link isnt closed completly and you get creep.

If you look carefully you can see the red in the top pic. Those boys like their neg camber and low dont they.

What the head size ie the spanner size ul need? Pretty sure there 14mm have you removed the starter motor?
