  1. just get the spec off them bud phone round your local hydroclics palce pick them up for half the price here in the uk without postage. its only a case of finding one the same size but with a higher rebound rate.
  2. you will probably notice sod all difference lol maybe on the dyno sheet a few horses and maybe when your in lag but zeds arnt over laggy anyways. so i doubt you will ever really even notice in the real world.
  3. I will be I think but if I do wont be till the end of the month.
  4. Oh yes that worked lol
  5. atm he is mostly helping me pull my engine lol.
  6. i love that fresh lacquer look and the smell yum lol - - - Updated - - - i love that fresh lacquer look and the smell yum lol
  7. pzeros are pretty good on grip, i have them on the rear. Porsche choose to fit them to their cars. However they do last a mere 10 odd thousand miles and the grip drops off radically when they get below 4mm according to reviews. So they work out VERY expensive. the fk 452s made by falken are often used and are a good "budget" tyre. they are very similar in design and i believe are actually produced in the same factory as dunlops. toyo proxis are again a very well used and appraised "budget" tyre. cant comment on the maxxis but i know marks said before hes a big fan. others on here praise contis and Michelin pilot sports. upto you see what prices you can afford and get the best you can afford and bear in mind what you expect from them. if you go fitting some cheapo budget ditch finders you will soon find yourself finding that ditch :) as for colour, if your gloss paint is spotless. then satin wheels can look the dogs on a gloss black car. gloss black wheels tend to work imo better on grey or red cars.
  8. hellraisers mrs recently ran a pub so he may be a good person to speak to and it was doing very well...long story. but yeah may be worth having a chat with him.
  9. i think the only difference is the stiffness or rebound rate something along those lines due to the weight distrubution. i seem to remeber miester doing lwb and lwb for this reason. but psychcally they would fit depends what you want out the car doesnt it.
  10. anyway of getting them enbedded so i dont have to download?
  11. i do say i have to agree its not his fault(the police) more the little thieving t w a t that ran out infront of you. i do feel your pain though.
  12. Shit me where did you find that phinoex.
  13. its mostly for people running external waist gates and BIG tubs, its a bit like atmostpheric bovs unless your running crazy horses you will never have gain its just for kicks
  14. there isnt any point in my opinion personally keeping it. you have that cracking vert. and the 31 there just arnt enough hours in the day to do all 3
  15. I agree with pete asumption is the mother and all.... Dont forget 14psi of airfrom those tubs is more air volume by far. Its more the afr you need to get right. If thats wrong the engone will eat itself if its gar enough lean il will chew those pistons on no boostz time to hsve it rr and set up properly and safely vs. getting ot wrong will soon see you joing matks melted piston club. :(
  16. what one is it? you really could do it yourself. seriously. :) once youve done it you be asking why you were evening worried about it.
  17. Not heard good things
  18. Apprantly vosa are kicking of about it themselves saying its impossible for them to be able to identify everything. They dont haveva list of parts for every car ever produced. Small companies like jensen one model to another may have different diffs or carbs etc.

if its before the end of the month i highly doubt i will bale to attend have fun guys.
  20. yeah my money would be on the turbo water line or any of those little blighters. they get hot and brittle behind there which the battery out its way easier.
  21. Yeah im still not totally convinced its turbos, I'm confident its not combustion chamber related. Pcvs are on the list. Id like to get it diagnosed 100% before I pull the block, but the mot runs out on the 10th and obviously it wouldnt pass so its grounded. Ive got to the point of being disinterested now. I have no car as a result and if fixing the tubs doesnt work I dunno if be able to afford to go further at least for a while. :(
  22. i seem to remeber wheni saw it the fmic on that car sat about an inch lower than the bottom face of the bumper? so yeah i kinda get what you mean. have you changed much on it bob?
  23. Theyre just trying not to upsept you dave :p I thinks more to do with the fact of your car being a little more extreme itccan pull them off ians car is fairly stockish looking so they look ott and outta place.
  24. Well I think il be rebuilding my stoklers myself and getting cr to balance them. So il let you know how I find them. youl be in my neck of the woods if you pop down. If you want a cuppa gimme a shout.
