Off topic I know but ive just pulled my engine and done mine he pass side since my deletes looks easy on the car but I know that manifold is a dick. How do you get at them from below? And I dont even want to think about the drivers side..

Unless your liecense is littered with points or your claimed 100 times I fail to see how thats the cheapest you got

just to make you sick im only a few year older than you at 26 without a dr conviction my zed costs me 150 a year thst right a year. silly boy for the dr, anyways try sky they were quite competitive for me at that age, do you have any previous experience with high power cars? as that will help, if youve gone for a a little 150bhp car to this they will class you as high risk aswel.

I got mine from a nuts and bolts place just watch out though because stock ones arevan mrb as gaz said with a rdmm head, they will supply you with a 16mm I think head. Just take one in with your list of thread lengths match them up.

Nah that should be fine then but what about tge front pipes.

Mine used to do this the exhaust was rotton and holding moisture in tge rot.

Lol yup all sorted now it was actually a screw cap bottle jimmer, I popped it in there and bashed the death out of it with a socket. Job done lol or not. Cheers jiagain jimmer.

Thats right I did, they inspected them for me matched a kit(free of charge) I rebuilt them then they cleaned them up on the cores and balanced and clocked them for me :)

my water pipes were full of bits of the plenum water assembly...yuk

cheers for the replys guys but as ive said ive binned the whole egr thing solenoids hard lines the lot, so i need the corrected sized bung for the manifold, i was going to fabricate some nice blanking plates for the plenum. but if someone has a modestly priced egr delete kit thats better for me as it saves tinme does the job properly etc. however if needs be i can always get hold of an egr assembly and do what everyone else has done.

I reused mine but cleaned them.

Yeah I can do that the threaded nut thats on the hard line is dead. The manifold thread thankfully is fine.

The hole in the manifold what did you put in there? ,ant work ouy what the thread size is etc to do it.
