  1. Take it to jeff at zed world or jimmer at power zed. Brown auto box fluid is never a good sign.
  2. Duh corse it is. Just had that in my head because the plenum sits on top of it.
  3. The general concensus seems to be anythings better than stock. You won't notice any real bhp increase to speak of unless you need them. They are a supporting mods not to gain power in themselves.
  4. Looks like a whole bank is diddled, 9 bar is about 120 psi. That's too low, the other bank seems fine. Probably cooked the head when it's lost coolant or trapped an air pocket :( Rebuild or replace?
  5. My place is like Piccadilly Circus ATM lol. Yeah it will most likely be sat the 21st. You will need a few more bits than that bud. Lower plenum gasket, fuel hose and an army of jubilee clips. You going to do a water by pass egr etc?
  6. I'd be happy to help, I just dunno when though, very busy ATM.
  7. Was it you that was also struggling to seal a water pipe? I wonder if these two are connected ie the cylinder is pressurising the coolant beyond the norm so it leaks.... If your burning coolant...that's bad news.
  8. Which is why apple are trying to sue Samsung due to theft of technical property of something like that. My opinion though, wanna phone buy a phone, wanna laptop but a laptop. He says on typing it out on his iPhone, I would like to point out the reason I have one is to facetime with her indoors when I'm on site. That and it's virtually an unlimited contract for £17 a month. :D
  9. Looks grey, just start at the beginning and work through. You need spark fuel and compression to fire the cylinder. One or more of those isn't happening.
  10. Probably a crap/missing spark then, the smoke (black?) is mostly likely an offset of the I burnt fuel.
  11. I'm sorry but I would have slapped you if you had refitted that. It's a heavy lump if it gave out mid high speed corner, well I don't think it would be good news.
  12. Lovely to hear, I want to take mine somewhere.
  13. Check the connections, check for he click, check for spark. Ohm injector and check plug coloration.
  14. Doesn't matter what bike it is, when your in a car and start pulling on a bike the face is priceless!
  15. Oh it's easy enough you just crank the engine over with the fuel relay out so it doesn't start, keep going till oil is flicking round the heads viewed through the oil filler cap. Once more for luck then you should be good.
  16. That is one of the worst bloody jobs you can do on these cars so well done be proud. DO NOT forget to prime the oil line again before firing up or you will kill that turbo fairly quickish.
  17. Great to see you all, lovey excuse to stretch the legs.
  18. Do you have astmospheric bovs? These can cause this kind of issue. First things first is do a boat leak test check the tos voltage and make sure the idle is set correctly.
  19. Il actually be coming in from ringwood as were dropping the dog off there for the day, so I may well see you on route
  20. Ahh cheers jeff, any need to unplug that auto ecu other than this?
  21. On start up I get a flashing light, aswel actually. Power is the one illuminated, it's done it since I converted to manual I assumed that was the cause.
