  1. It's a common misconception that the English or Angles are a different heritage to the welsh, scots and Irish. That they are derived mostly from Anglo Saxons and Romans. Through genetic mapping they have discovered that's baloney, the vast majority of British genes are the same and are a mix of what is now France and Germany and to a lesser extent Norway etc and that same mix predates the roman invasion. Put simply the native Britain's didn't just pop up out of thin air they migrated here thousands of years ago from mainland Europe.
  2. I know it's silly but I view Britain as like a sub continent. I can trace my roots back quite quickly to Scotland's west coast admittedly it goes a bit wobbly as like many children if that time my grandfather was uprooted and sent to a foster family and learnt to speak English at 11,his sister is still alive and teaches Gaelic, and England's south coast, that ones highly traceable For those that know my surname my families history is pretty obvious and features in the doomsday and to really drop a hint was pretty important back in 1066. So I guess that makes me pretty proud to British overal.
  3. Looks lovely mate, very clean.
  4. Pull them out of London? Britain ends at the M25 mate.
  5. Your perfectly entitled to your rant mate. What you must remember is dickheads love stuff like this as it's a lovely excuse to do horrible things. It is Infact the very basis of democracy that it's even an option, for that alone I do actually apaulde the governent. The BBC are always biast, they are on the payroll after all. What I just can't fathom is how anyone can believe that getting rid of the fat cats in Westminster will achieve anything other than fat cats in Edingbrough, potentially some of them will be same people. Same shit different day, springs to mind. Leaving the UK won't make life fairer, anyone who sells you that is a politician, aka a liar. I hope if it goes ahead things work out because maybe the British governent will learn something, but probably not.
  6. £75! That seems mighty cheap.
  7. Good idea bri, I'm sure the FSM or other official Nissan documentation must be available.
  8. Yeah, I've got loads if family in Scotland near fort William on the west coast.
  9. I genuinely cant wait for it to be over.
  10. I spose so, he is a club recognised expert, a very well respected one at that.
  11. No im not, I didn't renew a few years back. My home insurance is with the AA though, which I believe contains car cover? Would there be a function there to help?
  12. 105!!!! I have heard of him but mostly through our own, lets just call them legend's, that probably kinder than biffers :P
  13. Ok so how would I be able to validate my findings? I know what they mean and I know there are accurate but a court may require or it may be beneficial to have an official expert which I'm obviously not, just a keen enthusiast. Whilst I don't wish it to go that far I would be foolish not to prepare. - - - Updated - - - I don't think we do, although Zclub our sister club does....
  14. Who is a club approved expert to validate whether my engine is NA or TT in origin for legal purposes? Also would the club give backing for a member for technical information accuracy. IE will the club say they are happy to officialise the verdict?
  15. Could it be enough to trigger a general election early to rid of what is a consolation government that no one voted for.
  16. Yes they can, maybe you should ask him to edit it.
  17. Well spotted pig. You know my standard issue response when people slag off the z32s performance has simply become, the one you drove was probably broken cos mine's not like that.(prob is now though cos mine is broken atm lol)
  18. I did the same in the van, someone had cut a branch and left it proud of the hedge, smashed the rear light in the dark as I have no rear view. Had to buy a new one and it had to come from the main dealer as the van was brand new and they were a specific shape light. Grrr. Paul's right though, people with nothing better to do than obsess over people pulling into their boundaries. Theresca guy not far from here that has a camera and a sign that says 2 point turn £3 3 point turn £5, NO TURNING! My my gf nan lives a guy jumped out at here thee other week screaming that the speed limit is 10mph, which is what she doing crazy ****, if she had been going 11moh he would of got run over.
  19. It's probably quite safe to assume between the lines.
  20. Don't just switch the bulbs it doesnt really improve things
  21. The more I look at that photo the more it looks wrong, looks like an F150 or something if the like which are big but scale to scale that girls either about 2.5ft tall or something is a miss.
  22. I think as long as your careful you can get away with 19s, some good examples right there. 20"s though, no thanks. Even some 19s depending on design and what profile you select CAN look rubber bandy.
