  1. I've been left feeling confused after that...
  2. Ah that's helpful Joel, I was struggling to find companies on google. I assumed it was something I'd be able to source locally.
  3. I think they are like the top ones, trouble is I would describe as brown. Brown could infer either. Do NA injectors remain quite red then?
  4. Is there a solid reliable way to identify tt injectors over NA? After this mess over the NA engine I want to ensure I've got what I think I've got. I know what colour they should be but as you likely know they fade/change colour. I've looked into flow testing them to be sure but this works out at £21+postage+vat per injector which soon adds up, il go that way if I must but I thought there may be a printed code etc?
  5. Thoughts to family, rip Mandy.
  6. As above and getting anything and everything that's easy to remove off gives you space to work and see. Removing the fan and Ancileries doesn't take very long, get the radiator out the way etc. Space is the enemy with these cars.
  7. Actually, no, no parts falling off....
  8. Black on your car Si. Mine are red, I think it's ok though as brembos are traditionally red and it colour codes with the car.
  9. Happy birthday JP, many happy returns etc etc JP. JP,JP?
  10. Well there's a bar, that's the least desirable platform, NA, auto and Lwb. Be interesting to see what it fetches as it's structurally rather hammered too, rust on sills, arches and even the roof bar it's also been written off at one stage... Expect a rock bottom price.
  11. I recon it will cost about at least half the asking price to get it looking nice again, removing the snot etc. I'm always half on the look out for a slicktop as if really quite like one. Don't want to pay £15 odd grand to get there though. Very limited resale I think personally that car.
  12. SFS performance, explain what you need and that yours member.
  13. You sir will be a 12v terrorist, for that I am sure lol.
  14. Monday I'm in Cornwall but other than that I should be able to accommodate you.
  15. Nah it's cool seriously I was given them by someone else so just paying it forward. You will be doing me a favour if you take the set, they seen in good nick.
  16. Right the shocks, theres a set of four stock ones here just come collect them. Haven't got spare tension rods though.
  17. Sure it's the rack itself and not a hose or connection above?
  18. I like coming on here it makes me feel mentally stable.
  19. Check the lower main arm thoroughly as well as they have a habit of cracking where the tension rod bolts up.
  20. "Very nearly bought a 300zx z32 before getting the 928, test drove several and in my mind they are a great example of a GT car. The only reason I didn't buy one was that spare parts are pretty expensive. I do remember reading a review on an owners club site saying something like "if your going to own a zed, buy a second one to keep as a donor for the parts your going to need". (lol if only I hadn't spent so much on the Zed and the upgrades."
  21. Trust me it's not about bravely it's just difficult.
  22. I agree, most will be hitting 5s, the quality of the rubber and the skill of the driver is probably the limiting factor more so than power, because that only makes things harder. Once mines back on the road il have a play, it snaked like hell just before it came off the road due to badly worn hicas and subframe bushes.
