Considering putting an OE 90-93 spoiler back on my car
Leave it how it is. But if you had to make a chance then 99spec or tailgate skin: That looks like the Venom spoiler. See MickeyB's and ScottyWills for more pics.

Engine required
Sorry for the thread hijack(s)

Engine required
Its being built to a OE Specifications. All Gaskets, bearings, rings are being replaced. The head and block are being fully inspected. All OEM parts installed. All seals and gaskets replaced for future proofing, Plus its having EGR removal, New PCV's, Water bypass for Improved reliablity and running. was there a particular reason why you were asking......did you want to buy it ?, or are you and your son(jimmer) who works at a Competitor company to SWZ along with the ex-friend of the owner of SWZ just trying to show yourselves up by making trouble....hmmm..Im sure you would'nt lower yourselves to that level

Engine required
I can only presume you mean Im a parrot for repeating the engine spec given to me by my mechanic ? :wack: Want to explain ?

Engine required
Was the impellor also checked for correct fin alignment? I've removed a couple where the fins were virtually squashed down and together, not delivered anywhere near the stock efficiency but were'nt leaking. Thanks for the offer James, but I have SWZ doing the rebuild and they've done quite a few VG30's already in the past month.

Engine required
I only summarised the details, briefly from top of my head. I've only removed it and stripped myself, Im not rebuilding it. I let the experts do that. Those in glass houses should be carefull throwing stones !..... this is the bloke who rebuilds an engine without even checking or replacing the waterpump until he finds the thing leaking when customer comes to collect !!

bhp question
Macca was getting 500 rwhp, but was limited by the fuel pump I believe. He was waiting to further mapping and is/was expecting quite a bit more in the future.
-
Engine required
Engine was removed due to turbo and suspected head gasket failure so Tubs are are not included. Plenum and CAS is included. I will speak to SWZ tomorrow to check on warranty details. Obviously all rings and bearings will be checked and replaced where required. Head gasket gets replaced when you remove heads for rebuild along with all other Gaskets. All parts of engine including Heads are being pressure tested and inspected at engineering shop before re-assemble.

bhp question
All depends on how deep your pockets are. JUN had 1200-1400 bhp out of theirs back in 93 I believe. There are many with 600, 700, 800+ in the states

productive day
Looks great Si. Like new. I was doing the same to mine today... ......I might have gone a bit too far though as I have removed the Engine, Rad, Hicas, Intercoolers, Intercooling piping, battery, AIV's, Front wings, All Aircon and the EFI Wiring loom so I can get to everything LOL

Considering putting an OE 90-93 spoiler back on my car
Sorry Si..but I really do feel it would ruin your car !! Just like Nissan did when they put it on in the first place. It was designed without the spoiler at first, but were forced into it, and then afterwards they recognised how dated it looked and changed the design a few years later. r12
tbh, its a lot easier just to conver to R134a. The kit to convert only costs about £30 and the gas is a lot cheaper to renew each time.

ECU chip upgrade
Very rough running and poor idle is a indication of ECU problem, such as corrupt data or incorrect fitting. It can also just be the big blue ECU plug is not plugged in correctly. Does the Aux fan come on as well when you switch on the ignition ?

Vibration at 40mph +
WHere are you getting the vibration - Is it through the steering wheel, or through the base of your seat. Base of seat indicatates Prop - Centre bearing - Rear gearbox mount - Worn UJ's Steering indicates a front suspension problem - Wheels balance - Warped brake disc - Front suspension bushes (Tension arm bushes most common to give problem) A problem with the rear suspension setup wont be felt so much, but possible causes there would be wheel balance, hicas arms, top suspension arm bushes collapsed.

tyre pressure for 19"
I run my 19's on about stock pressure. 235/35/19 front , 265/30/19 rear 33-34 front 36 rear Tyre pressures measured when cold. The rear should be harder than the fronts. Feels perfect. I was told that size of wheels/tyres does not affect the pressure, only the weight of the vehicle.

Front suspension prob
Those gaskets always fail, and wont cause the knocking noise. However Im a bit concerned about the movement you mentioned of the top of the strut in engine bay - there should'nt be any movement ! Check the Bolt at the top of the strut is tight.
