  1. Contact Cybernet (Steve), Im sure he'll be able to discuss which options are best for you and details about installers.
  2. Article removed.
  3. There attitude is all wrong.....the picture was linked in discussion about their article, and included their copyright logo ! A Complete misunderstanding of copyright infringement.....They are doing themselves no favours. ..and whats all this about us infriging copyrights last year, and being warned about it....I was the meet organiser and first time I've heard of it
  4. oh dear, thats very dissapointing ! Not a very Internet savvy newspaper then. We'll cross them of our xmas card list ;)
  5. I believe currently the only authorised Bodykit supplier is Russ @ 300zxstyling. However Im not sure about his current trader status

I cant make it out in pic but if Follow the cable up into engine bay, you should find it plugged in by the Hicas stuff, unplug from there.
  7. No need to take dash out !, it is a BIG Job, but within the capablities of a competent Home DIY mechanic. SWZ Performance (SouthwestZ) is your nearest 300zx specialist trader if you dont want to do yourself.
  8. Well done Clarkey. Its amazing how long it can take the first time you do it when your not an experienced mechanic, and it can be quite daunting. It took myself and greg 3 days to do mine the first time .....now its just a few hours!
  9. Auto's are ideal for Manual conversions ;) but seriously....most Z32's are Auto. If its Jap spec then fit an aftermarket oil cooler and it will increase its reliablity. Many are happy with the Auto gearbox, test drive both and see what you think. Nissan put a lot of effort in making the auto perform well, and You dont sacrifice much in performance.

There are two at the top of the gearbox that are really hard to get to. I used a spanner rather than socket.
  11. REC is the re-ciruclate button. Instead of drawing air from outsite it just recirculated the air inside cabin (use for dusty enviroment, and when following a big dirty diesel)
  12. http://www.highwaycode.gov.uk/signs06.htm (at the bottom)
  13. That no Party hat, its a Family sized tent resting on top of the giants (PK1) head.
  14. No, just a regular day, although I was there today and only 9 zeds (and 1 supra's and a scooby) there, excluding staff cars, the weekends are busier for in-out customers. The BBQ weekend was sometime last month, but got postponed till further notice.
  15. Damn..dont suppose the truck driver who owned the ratchet stopped ? http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/vbgarage.php?do=view&id=6038
  16. opps...yes, I did'nt read properly. £30-£40 for pair of the bags only.
  17. usually £30 - £40 Best way to check is to do a search of the items for sale section for "targa bags"
  18. In past 2 years, £2.5k on upgrades....and a couple of hundred on Maintenance. Will be more like £10k during the next couple of months though
  19. T-pots is very well done, its what inspired mine. also, his upholsterer has done a lot of zeds, at amazing prices
  20. If they are coilovers then yes, they will be adjustable for height, rebound and compression. With matching springs. ....although a lot of people just confuse "new shocks and springs" for coilovers.
  21. Wider fronts would reduce understeer rather than increase it. But I agree, I have 245 fronts (and 265 rears), and very happy with them. No tramlining, no negative affects on steering...and they are 19" with no rubbing. the Falken 451 have been superceeded by the 452's now. 28 psi is much lower than stock, and you need more pressure on the rear than on the front. 34psi front, and 36psi rear is standard.
