aircon?

hi all :D this is one of them questions that i deserve a :mac1: for so here goes...Left hand side heater/wiper controle unit i have a sreen demister button a AUTO button and below REC ECON and OFF so which one turns the aircon on and off :headvswal

    auto button on its own turns on the aircon, auto button and Econ i believe is just a normal fan .

    someone correct me if I'm wrong

    REC recirculates the air inside the car to eliminate any fumes from the outside

    REC is the re-ciruclate button. Instead of drawing air from outsite it just recirculated the air inside cabin (use for dusty enviroment, and when following a big dirty diesel)
