another body kit
All that ever gets posted is that CGI picture above, as far as we know the actual kit could look nothing like the drawing.

Stripping the interior.
Heated seats - Rare option. Its where that blank space is on the Mirror switch. Those seats look nice. Poor retrim of the Centre arm rest though.

Front suspension
Yeh, I dont think I would rule out the discs straight away...unless the problem was eveident before and after the new discs were fitted. Discs can be warped in no time at all with a few hard stops...especially when new and not fully bedded.

jacquemond.com widearch bodykits
Zcentre = SE Nissan = Paul Bailey = jacquemond All do/did copies of the original strosek design with there own subtle changes.

Front suspension
Yep as above, Adjustable tension arms = adjustable tension rods

clutch recomendations on ebay
Its not that RPS are expensive, its that those ebay clutches are cheap. Heard plenty of stories of cheap clutches purchased of ebay slipping straight away with standard power. Stock clutch will start slipping once boost is increased. You would want the RPS sport clutch.

Front suspension
The Adjustable tension arms repalce the tension bushes with spherical bearings, but I would also look at replacing the Steering rack bushes (the bushes that mount the rack to the subframe), they are a common wear item too.
-
Front suspension
Do you have the Adjustable tension rods too (lower arms) , as its the tension bushes that cause most front end vibrations.

buying my first z
70mph = 2500rpm in the Auto and 2700rpm in the Manual There were minor revisions to the Auto and Manual boxes but not until around 1995/1996

help or might sell?
Make sure the Big plug that sits above the ECU is plugged in.....supplies power to the Main EFI loom.

Thought you were taking your new SWB !?
-
help or might sell?
If injectors did not click when you span the CAS then its looks like faulty CAS..althought I see you changed the CAS.....have you checked the conector for corrosion. Its possibly that you your fault lies with the loom, not uncommon for them to have breaks in the wires when disturned with an engine removal. Definatly perform an ECU test to check for error codes

Ebay Z, i like the design!!
Front end styling is pretty good...not sure about the overall side look and the rear is ugly. A lot of money for a 2+2 NA Auto with 240k miles !!

buying my first z
UK zed's are not worth more than Jap, but yes they are usually cheaper to insure. Price differences tend to be for Auto - Manual, and LWB - SWB.
