  1. MJP is your best bet. I read a previous thread where Smithy was trying to source them from MJP for himself. There are many ways to pay an overseas company - Paypal, Credit card, bank transfer.
  2. All gone now though. Burnt to a crisp.
  3. Yep, nasty. Thats not the ones the guy is making on that thread though.
  4. Here is the one 3zc http://www.300zxclub.com/showthread.php?t=118237
  5. There was the versions on ebay recentlty, but they had the same issue you described above. There are several threads here, on 3zc and aus300 just in the past week with different people experimenting with creating these. So it looks like there will be more versions on the market soon.
  6. How many people voted 'yes' just to annoy Funkysi ?
  7. There's a guy in the U.S that already makes them, sells them via ebay and on US forums.
  8. I bought a fake one ! lol (because the shop has sold out last night)
  9. Cant remember, threw mine away. KYB made other OEM parts though, stock shocks are a mixture of KYB and Tokico.
  10. I've only seen them at the Track day events, being sold/hired by Traders on the day. Must be able to get them elsewhere though.
  11. let us know when fitted :) Cant be very expensive to buy one. I dont have a wiper to try it out.
  12. Not sure if that wiper is a bit "in your face". Its quite big and bulky. p.s new primera's are ugly and the old ones were bland.
  13. Castle combe has a 100db limit and from what I have seen nearly all modified examples (Z32, Supra, Rx7, Evo...etc) were passing the limits. There are bolt on silencer options (they fit in the end of tailpipes) for those that dont meet the limits. If its louder than most other 300zx's with aftermarket exhausts then you may have an issue and have to use a bolt on silencer.
  14. Another option is a nearly new import from japan. Reckon they would be a decent saving there.
  15. When I was a Datascan trader I sold about a dozen or so to SX owners. No problems reported. From software developer :
  16. I starting following a Thread on gtr.co.uk about this in december. Apparantly as long as its a Personal import, Nissan will standy by its warranty, they are attempting to block grey import dealers however. The Jap version is missing a lot of the "toys" - TV, satnav..etc and they reckon your only looking at a £5k saving and you could end up with an R35 that nobody else wants when you try to sell on. UK otr price is supposed to be circa £55k I havent checked back on the thread though, so maybe there is more news recently.
  17. Datscan will work with most Nissans - 300zx, skylines, 200sx, Pulsar..etc I think Conzilt is a Z32 only product though.
  18. They will crack at some point. Just depends when. a Flex pipe would help, and you could do what a lot of SX guys do and use support brackets to prevent as much movement as you can.
  19. Like a lot of parts - actually cheaper from Nissan dealer, than from Zcentre ! yep :headvswal I keep it to hand so I can just keep copying and pasting it all day long
  20. Give them Part No = 26590-49P00. Thats the version without brake light. I Dont know part number for Brake light version (they should be able to find it as an alternative to the above PN though, and it will be about twice the price)
  21. Looks like my old work. Nothing but zeds in sight. Pretty sure I've seen pics on here of those lights switched on, on other Zed's
  22. to be fair - a 900bhp capable VG engine will look just like any other VG engine. Its just internal changes for forged items.
  23. Yes, definatly still around. Probably just busy, keep trying them.
  24. That torque spread is fantastic. Its peak is so broad  VR38DETT in a Z32 ...MMMmmmmm Might be a tad pricey though
