  2. As above, most fit 18's and they suit the Zed. Some 19's look great, others look to big...depends on the style. I had 19's on my last 2 Zed's (same wheels) and in all serious it did not degrade the ride quality at all. They also did'nt look overly large - people thought they were 18's 19x8.5 front 19.9.5 rear Black one is lowered on Eibachs by about 15mm. Silver one is lowered 35mm all round. No rubbing for either. One thing to consider is tyre prices can take a jump when you go to 19" and it also means more weight. I'll be sticking with 18's from now on, just from a performance point of view.

  4. I would suggest a Compression test and have the coolant checked for Gasses (cant remember name of the test)
  5. Check Det sensor loom connections, but otherwise I would consider Bypassing it.
  6. Cas or timing wont have any influence on det sensor error code so If you have code34 you also have a det sensor problem too which means your car is in safety mode.
  7. Was about to say the same. The "2fast2cool" versions and the Megan, XSpower ..etc versions are all the same product made in China/Korea. They do seem to have sorted fitment issues out now, and I've got a set myself.

  9. Look under the car from under the drivers side door, and you see it bolted up to the side of the gearbox in front of you. Not sure on New price, but around £50 second hand.
  10. :cry: Really sorry to hear Mick. Im sure you have a good reason to have to force yourself to sell. Hopefully situations will change and you'll be back in a 'Z' Driving seat before you know it. Dont you dare think about dissapearing from this place though ! David

  12. Good point ! They've cutaway the slats, but whats been put in there place ? If its been blocked then there is potential engine damage there from Blocked Intercoolers that wont be able to cool the hot intake air from the turbos !!!! If its a fine black mesh I would also remove it....mesh that fine will become a blockage at high speed.
  13. Welcome Looks like a Jap with a UK nose panel. When you drove it did you notice the seat belt setup - All UK specs have Seat belts on the pillars instead of the doors and will have rear 3 point belts. A 1991 Jap spec will have lap belts in the rear and front seat belts mounted on the doors. (this changed to be the same as UK spec in 1993) Also being an Auto the Jap spec version has a Power/hold switch next to the autobox which the UK spec does not. There are lots of little difference, but those are the most noticable and not easist to change.

  20. Update I have spoken to Paul and he has asked me to pass on his apologies to everyone that currently has outstanding issues with him or SWZ Performance. These past few months have been very difficult but he wants to ensure those involved that he is committed to resolving all outstanding issues. As many know SWZ have currently closed its doors to all new business, and is working on clearing the existing backlog. At this moment it is not clear wether the Company will reopen its doors again or not. :( Becuase of PC problems he is currently unable to get access to the Forums or to the SWZ email. Paul has asked me to come into SWZ next week to assist. One of my main roles will be sort out all outstanding issues. Therefore can all involved, wether it be for parts or refunds please get in contact with me and I will do everything I can to sort out these matters. I have made notes from this thread on for 300zx-xz003, zxjon, JAZZYSINGH and zx-eyes. But if you there is any further information needed please pass it onto me. Item descriptions, dates, Addresses, prices..etc would make things easier for me.   21. Actually..only 3 or 4 of the listed items were SWZ responsibility, and they are there because Paul had'nt checked the work done by the mechanics(now ex mechanics) who fitted Marcus's engine, before SWZ shut their doors. Thats where Marcus was let down by Paul.

  23. I need to get all of these...and the rear Lower arms to fix roll center...but not sure I will be in a situation to purchase yet, other parts more urgent....insterested in GB prices though...
