  1.:eek: Bit of Loctite and its fixed then
  2. Did it fail at the joints to the U.J's or in the main CF shaft ?
  3. Z1 dont currently supply CF version, may have in the past though.
  4. Did you get any pics ?...whereabouts did it break, any indication why... do you know who the supplier/manufacturer is ?
  5. Monday, around lunchtime'ish, Black Veilside kitted LWB with targa's off travelling through Highbridge highstreet
  6. It would not cause clunking no (worn ARB and droplink bushes could though). Its more something you might notice if you had coilovers and had the car corner weighted. Becuase of weight variations in corners the final result may mean that the car can sit slightly higher/lower in one corner than an other, leaving you with excessive preload on the ARB on one side. You would adjust the droplinks to remove excessive preload on that corner to get the preload equal.
  7. Adjustable drop links to not affect the ride height, they are adjustable to correct the angle of the antiroll bar to the chassis after lowering it with lowering springs.
  8. Yes, they are interchangable - the UK Rear bar is a good upgrade for Imports. I would reccomend a set of energy suspension Polyurethane Antiroll bar bushes (they are only available in the 27mm UK size as its same size as the U.S Market TT Bar), and a new set of droplinks and droplink bushes as the old ones are most likely seized and the bushes squished.
  9. I dont mind the chrome, but I prefer the standard look and since they are brand new shiney units I voted to leave them alone.
  10. Certainly :) - From one of my previous threads - This is the rear antiroll bar btw. The front is the same on all models, although I have not measured it.
  11. Its black rectangular, with a yellow and white plug going into it.
  12. Good luck. Cats wont be an issue with emissions, your overfuelling could be though.
  13. Great wheel choice, get me some too pls :) Im not 100% sure about the white on red, they look best in the 3rd pic...but thats becuase I think they look more silver there. I reckon the bronze would look better.
  14. Electric Polishing wheels are a god-send for these jobs and pretty cheap too
  15. An MOT is an MOT, no specialist required. If its basic servicing you want then, despite some owners fears it really is no different to any other car. For major work, as as Joel said, Jimmer is ya man, based in Bristol.
  16. That looks like it makes access a lot easier. I would imagine its only secured by the usual throttle cover bolt locations on top.
  17. Yours are sticking out 19mm further than the typical offset reccomended without having to modifiy arches. With a 9.5" wheel the considered optimum offset without having to modifiy arches is +35. You have gone wider and with an offset that sticks them out further too. Without modifying arches a +38 offset would probably be the absolute max on 10" wheel, with a +40 being a safer choice.
  18. Congrats on the purchase. Any of the following should be able to help, you will find contact details in the forum traders section : Mike@MJP (nissan oem parts supplier) Danny@DTA (Aftermarket and oem parts) Zcentre.co.uk I would reccomend some Energy Suspension Polyurethane Steering rack bushes.
  19. Are they genuine Nissan 99spec Headlights or just the replicas inserts ?
