New brakes!
Very nice Dave, fills the rims. The Brake spec wont make a difference but its always a good idea. The Bulkhead flexes, and you can visibly see the Master cylinder move when you press the brake pedal.

Carbon wrap???
The best thing you could do to impove looks is to get spacers for those wheels. The offset if all wrong for the Z which is why they are tucked in the arches so much. Carbon wrapping would severly limit potential buyers.

Ztech number ?
Suprised they are still going. I was about to link you to their website, but I see that has now been shutdown.

anyone know about dog breeding
Is he Kennel Club registered Al, with the certificate..etc, showing family tree for the past half a dozen or so generations ? This is the sort of thing owners look for in a Pedigree dog. as well as the health of both parents ofcourse. Is so, then he's Ideal and will fetch a good price for his Pups. I know what you mean, but they tend to be cross-breed Pitbull terrier Mongrels (so they can get around the dangerous dogs act). Its quite a big issue currently apparantly.....with people using them as weapons on the streets. They are very different to Allans Pedigree breed though.

Regular garages will be fine for general servicing and work though.- Slicktop windscreen & rooftop trim - calling Legrath

- Wheel question
nope. You want 5x114 Offset depends on width. Ideal offset would be something like below, based on a typical 8.5" front and 9.5" rear : Front +20 Rear +35 If the widths are differnt then the offset will need to be different. An Offset calculator such as this http://www.1010tires.com/wheeloffsetcalculator.asp can help you find the matching offset for a different width. Its the outer position that you want to try and keep the same ideally.- headlight question,
No the colour does not have any affect on Mot any more than the colour of your bumper would.- what a great race
Most sombre podium ever though.- brass shifter bushes

Z4M - 3.2 Litre - 340 bhp - £45k- Tailgate..will it wont it..
osty1's suggestions makes sense. Unbolt yours and leave at home, drive to collect new one without tailgate and bolt new tailgate on when you get there. Its just a means of collecting it. Its not permanant, its only 4 bolts. You just swap them back over when you get home if you want to do work on it unfitted. This is providing its not a long way, I would'nt want to do a long journey with no tailgate.- Is it illegal
If its not, then it should be. **** driving alongside it on a summers day.- Think the car will have to go
