  1. Yeh, but they know you will not see anywhere near the 8k as they have heard on the insurance database grapevine about your overheating issues :tt2:
  2. It's certainly worth a lot less than mine :tt2: I wouldn't dream of parting with mine but all of us are in different financial situations, some want or can afford to spend say the 5k and some have a smaller budget. I never wanted or envisaged spending what I did on mine, I was thinking more 2.5 or 3k but the more I looked into them and kept looking at pics and the spec, I decided to take the plunge and spend that bit more and I don't regret it one bit. Buying for less only means you have to then spend and keep spending to get it just how you want it anyway by adding more upgrades, you certainly get what you pay for. Somebody will come along and pay you what you want eventually, just be patient because if you're not you will end up flogging it for less than it's worth and you will then be left with regret
  3. Good call Ian - forgot about that one :sneaky2:
  4. Got one that nobody as mentioned........Gran Torino :cool3: Shame on you all!!!
  5. Good to hear, footwell fuses are terrible to access, torch, picker, on your side, etc, extremely difficult to view them in situ to see which are blown as well :cursing:
  6. Google it bud 'adjust wastegate actuator', I have just seen a youtube vid, etc
  7. I aint an expert but something I read only yesterday about the actuator opening setting..... 'If you have a T25, I suggest setting the actuator to open around 12-13 PSI if you want max power and good durability. 14 psi is the ceiling on a T25, and at 15 you risk damage to the motor and the turbo is officially out of its efficiency range'.
  8. Semmi getting punished and as to go and be bathed thoroughly at the Waldorf Astoria, the look on his face
  9. What are you saying, a number of the cars previous owners could well of botched up maybe some wiring
  10. Yeh, Randolph and Mortimer get the goat herder's pocket change :cool3: I can watch this film over and over and over and more infinite number of overs :whistling:
  11. Buy a HID kit bud, H3, 6000K, 55W instead of buying single bulbs all the time. 20 months or more ago I looked into buying a bulb and by the time you have bought two matching you could of practically bought the HID lights.....so I did and have never looked back :cool3:
  12. The courtesy light fades on a time delay after a few seconds so this will answer your last statement, but how to cure your issues I just don't know but re trace what you have done as it started from the room lamp or could this just be coincidence  Re check and pluck all your fuses as it is easy to miss one :thumbup1: Also, test your bulb is fine on the bench. Not sure what you mean when you say slightly twisted?? Finally, pull out the door contact switches and have a look there.
  13. Coming To America and White Chicks
  14. I've seen this on TV earlier this year, if my memory serves me right he makes more narcissistic calls in a similar uncomfortable way
  15. Anyway on another note, you want to forget about lighting it up for now, sort out the rev counter needle first
  16. Yes very good, about my house, I have those icicle lights right up at the top, 960 of them, in the move though I seem to of lost the transformer to run them so I have been trying others and have ended up blowing 5 of them :cursing: Been frying my eggs on them!! Don't try this at home is my motto  twisting all the wires together!! Anyway they will all be coming down as I have ordered some more  Onto the clocks, I put some frosted diffuser paper on the reverse and then plonked a led bulb in there as far back as I could, if it is too bright you could also put some window tint on as well, I think I cut away some of the plastic if my memory serves as well, a bit of a trial and error thing going on with the brightness until you're happy
  17. Waiting............ Do you want me to send you a lead :tongue_smilie:
  18. No silly......we need the fathers name :hammer:
