Dare I say you have too many smd's, perhaps cut back the strips so you've less, 3 off a couple for a start. Can you not go back to filament bulbs for the needle illumination or some different T10 smd bulbs perhaps in those bulb holders :confused1: why do you need to keep the single led ones?

The one that doesn't fold as been replaced with one that doesn't :oops: Mine are heated also but the passenger side was replaced at some point with a non heated glass, you may find yours is a similar scenario, take the door card off and have a look at the connector for a full compliment of wires coming from the mirror side, you should have 7 :biggrin:

I have concluded I need another module linked in and my auto electric guy is getting the job as I am at the end of my tether :headvswal Haha saying that I will probably have another go tomorrow!!!
