I wouldn't remove when they are fully closed, just asking for trouble is that, you will almost have the threads out and they will just force out that last bit, before you are ready. Get someone to open the boot or use a piece of wood and then undo, I will also state it is unbelievably heavy in situ so be ready for that. Fitting, just open and push up as wide as you can and you will find the struts go on, just, fully open :thumbup1:

I find it's a very common problem in the circles I move in, that it's always a struggle to get ladies shoes in anymore than a 8 without going to specialists shops
