  1. Yep it looks very nice  Someone as done something with that reverse light panel, it looks like the top two are the fogs now so the chambers have been split possibly, am I correct and does it all work?
  2. I have a 7 inch Asus and that was Linux, I have got windows professional on it and does perform very well, pretty quick but in this case 7 inch is just not big enough :innocent: FYI, the compaq came pre installed with XP.
  3. Do you keep it next to your 300ZX
  4. Just sorn it and have a look next year, March, April time, mine is having work done and costing me zero in insurance, tax and fuel.......miss it greatly though but will come back better than ever next year for lots of fun
  5. I have a little very portable netbook, a 10 inch Compaq, love it and is perfect for my needs. My issue was slow browsing, I have tried a lot of things, cleaning registry, stopping things running in the background, etc but nothing would make the Internet Explorer pages load quicker My internet connection speed is not the best with Sky so I was cursing this every time I was waiting the 30 seconds it took to load pages, it was painful, especially ebay, the 300zx site I had no issues with. I thought I would give Google Chrome a go, some of you will already be using it I am sure and I know there are others, safari, etc. I downloaded it in 5 mins and started using, just as a trial really but I soon realised it was much much quicker than IE8 and soon I had migrated over my favourite websites bookmarks  Now I use it all the time, I can still use IE8 if I so wish as I now have the choice but this is never going to happen as my browsing and time I spend as easily halved Just thought I would share and recommend as my laptop now feels like it's brand new, so come on in the water's lovely

  11. Please let us not have a mod come on and say he his hoping to be on at the weekend as we have heard this time and time again. I think he has left us which is sad  perhaps got despondent after JAE, where can he possibly be where he cannot have internet access, just a simple post will do. I enjoy coming on here for the banter and to learn about my car, pick things up, help others and have them help me but I could not go 10 or so weeks without viewing these pages, posts and threads
