wide arch
I kinda like it, but it could look like a cut and shut with it's big backside but nothing much wrong with that on a sports car. As you well know that is a shorty, might well look absolutely fine if not better suited to the LWB  More of the girls that did it for me though :tongue_smilie:

Even if it is booked in for a MOT, you cannot use a car on a public road without insurance on it, get the testing station with their trade plate insurance to drive it there and back for you :thumbup1:

You cannot consider Gaz 19's on a shorty, ideally 18's are the way to go and if I was choosing mine from a parts booklet I would choose this size. Don't know if you know but mine are 17's but I believe this is actually fine as mine as been lowered and Work Equips are a very popular choice on a Z. HTH :thumbup1:

Does anyone know anything about pumps?
Is this just a one off job and if that is the case, why not use a Karcher and just weigh down the supply hose pipe in the 'pond', it will draw it out when you trigger the lance??

Rugby World Cup 2011
In the final but the French are not all that. It is much much worse in football where the refs spoil or influence the outcome of games, very frustrating. Video technology is the way to go, look at tennis where you can challenge, coaches or managers should get a few challenges in the 80 or 90 mins, seems especially football is stuck in the dark ages. Don't get me going on the integrity of footballers, cheat and play act at every oppurtunity, to be fair to refs here the big girl blouses do make it difficult for the ref as he has only one shot at making the right call.

Nose Panel Z Badge
I played with my original which was red with a half hearted attempt at lighting it up (I know you can buy them) but I messed it up, took all the red off the inside which made it clear or just glass but I wasn't happy thereafter. So starting searching the old ebay and found this OEM part from the USA for the 350z, it's the 35th anniversary badge/emblem so is allowed to be used on the Z32, slightly bigger than our stock one just enough to hide any gunk on there from the removal of the old one  http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230685798230 Then you will need these inserts as I thought the black a little bland looking (you get two for whatever reason), again from the States. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/220863034793 Close up piccy, it did have two prongs on the reverse, these didn't line up with the old ones so off they came and I just used the double sided sticky to secure already on the emblem  The carbon fibre rubber inserts really did just pop on real easy and stick well. The reason it just sits proud is the sticky tape being about 3mm thick but I don't mind this at all, secure another way if you wish. This final pic is of the insert I have spare, if anybody wants it £10.00 delivered, if not I will keep as a spare, of course you will need to purchase the badge for it to go on!!!! Hope you all like what I have done

ive goot boost captin!!
I don't have a stock gauge as mines a Series IV, bit I do have a Stack pillar gauge and a GReddy Profec II, both work beautifully :thumbup1: On my recent track day the GReddy stored peak was 18.2psi, equates to 1.25 bar According to my knowledge and my spec list this should not be recommended but it handles all I throw at it :cool3: Need to take engine out and have a good look at the big lump and fit some more stuff :detective:

Curb Weight
I nearly put wheels in my post but did think of you Baz, wonder though if mine are lighter than the OEM 16's :confused1: TT LWB weigh as much as a Hummer :whistling:
-
Curb Weight
According to Wikipedia the curb weight of my hard top 2 seater twin turbo is or was 1,501 kg, when I went on the track day I was able to weigh it myself and it was 50kg above this Now before you say it I did leave my wallet in the car but surely not 50kg worth  Fifty pound notes weigh pretty much the same as twenties :whistling: Amps have been added, bigger brakes, exhaust may be weightier, all my led mods!!!!, 30lts fuel, front strut brace, etc, so yeh probably about right at 1555kgs

Oulton Park Track Day - 12th Oct 2011
Don't get too excited my friend, you can only film from the pit lane and when I go brum brum flying past...well it's over in a flash, just a bit tired tonight but I will do it. Plenty of other vehicle footage as well though, skyline, lotus, evos, minis, etc, that were all in my session :cool3:
