What could I be up to now???
SLICKTOP with 8 characters across better than 300ZX with only 5 but this is more like OEM? Rich as sampled me both but I am undecided, about 60% swaying towards the 300ZX :surrender:

What could I be up to now???
As ever thank you Graham :thumbup1: I will get some darker tint and a pair of steel plates made up ( already liaised with Rich with the dimensions required) and spray them black to make all that area subtle but I will always have the EL Panel when off visible in red through the cut out letters. This first video is the first option I was going to do earlier in this thread. Please note the passenger side seat control does illuminate - just that the bullet under the seat had come away  The second one, I had to re do tonight is the one I am going for with just a quick mock up on the outside to show. Sure you will agree does look by far the best  The final one just shows the gear gaitor illumination I did some time ago. Hope you all like!!! Might go with 300ZX as this is what the oem ones are?

What could I be up to now???
I think I am trying to incorporate the internal decals I have already there. Quite nice will not do  so I have been out, too large I know, so needs shrinking down, it is offered just on the outside, sorry about the sun and oh the EL Panel is not long enough for this trial!! I know the backlit chamber work I have done does look very sharp and clear so I will get a smaller plate made up, also the silver steel goes better with the car. Also, I could go with the 'SLICKTOP', '300ZX' or 'NISSAN FAIRLADY Z' cutout on it, I would like fill out the EL strip length with letters so the slicktop could be my favourite once more. Some covered car park vids will follow later today and I will show both 'ideas'. Your comments are appreciated, whether it be +, -, or neutral.

What could I be up to now???
These are the best night shots I can get - sorry. Don't really do it justice, I will take some camcorder walkaround footage and have everything lit up like a xmas tree!! I will go to the Tesco covered car park tomorrow and take some pics as well.
-
What could I be up to now???
During the day - it is lit but you cannot tell, just offered in for now but will not look any different really to the finished product. Bet you all want some night pics after these  This one showing the inside, very tidy I think

things i learnt while at JAE
Two possibilities here Either the burgers were quality, ie didn't shrink much and contained very little fat in the first place. Or, The burgers were utter pants and all the fat happened to stay in them and are now in the members lower intestines :tt2:

JAE ConZult results
Perhaps in hindsight I should of got mine done but with the engine coming out for my mods within weeks I thought I would not bother you Jeff/Jamie, you did have enough to do I noticed. Lot of base idles too low, is this 600 - 700rpm as opposed to 725 - 850rpm?

What could I be up to now???
Yes, Graham and Ian knew all along  I must of been spotted at the stand eyeing up Ian's everytime I walked past  I shall make haste and get them done, don't see any reason why I cannot put up some pics tonight or tomorrow, seeing as you have all had a little taster  Try and control yourselves 'til then peoples

-
things i learnt while at JAE
You mean the meat produce was not stored at around 4 degrees c - that would explain a lot then
-
What could I be up to now???

things i learnt while at JAE
For entertainment - One of those Rodeo horse things would be a great laugh - always fancied a go, certainly a dream of mine to get up board and last a full minute

What could I be up to now???
Took the pic tonight Graham in the dark practically how I want them to be and they look the dogs - you do know I know as it was you that mentioned I do this many months ago and it just came to me how to execute - simples :thumbup1: I will not be telling Rich my boy just yet - FYI It does not include anything you have made for me for once

What could I be up to now???
Well I had a brainwave whilst snoozing last night and I have all the bits to complete my project perfectly and I know you will all love it and want to copy. Just at the trial stage at the minute but whatever 'it' is, it looks very very nice - here is a sneaky peek of just a fraction of it, sure it will give it away to some who know me too well

Big thanks to Vodkashots

Fully agreed with what Daz said above. Second time for me in sucession at JAE and more are met each time I go, in particular yourself Gaz, a joy and easy to talk to you, genuine and very likeable and I look forward very much to seeing you again next year. Best of luck with the position sir

The Beast did it again
Can you categorically state with around 360 days to JAE 2012 the paintwork will actually be finished for then Joking aside, I want also to put on record how you tirelessly work on other members cars the whole time I see you at JAE, fueled on only coffee and burgers, the club/event would not be the same without you, and to be quite frank in a manly only way - I bl**dy miss you when I have to drive off
-
The Beast did it again

I have just tried mine, I pressed the brake pedal and then got out and ran to the back to look and mine don't work, tried it a few times and each time the same result

All washed and polished
Don't worry Mikey and Graham no doubt you will both win all the trophies as your two cars meet all the criteria for winning.......ie not finished

All washed and polished
I don't think I have had mine cleaner, been putting the time today and when I vac out I remove the seats, hope you are reading this judges Same with the wheels...spotless and all polished up  And then a complete carnauba wax, only thing I didn't do is clay bar as I cannot find where it is had to throw it in the garage sharpish like as it came on raining, this is where it will stay until Friday when I will be setting off for JAE, see you soon guys
