1. Whilst looking for something else, I came across these and of course youtube finds similar ones for you
2. Are the girls in your avatar going to? Or do they now need somewhere to stay  I'll ask the wife if they can bunk up at mine  Best of luck in the future :thumbup1:
3. Ah Protons, My Grandfather bless him, bought one of these brand new, his was green, the aeroback version. He also bought one of these for his daughter, my mum, at roughly the same time, her's was red although it did turn pink in time :mad2: manual saloon version. Both were run into the ground by other family members, mechanically rock solid with their mitsubishi engines but bodywork and devaluation forced them off the road, great heaters as I remember :cool3:
4. Handyman...well that for sure 'builds' his part up, teaboy for Gary is nearer the mark :tt2: And those testimonials, amazing what you can find on the internet these days  Great site Daz, glad you're doing well bud
5. There must be a reason why you cannot just fit these 'virtually perfect 2nd hand ones' Good luck with removing the black stuff  Don't see why you still need to remove it, if you get it warm enough it will move as you like as you squeeze together
6. Have a great day bud :cool3:
7. Yes I know about the step as I was lucky enough to get some from Smithy!!! The steel plate could easily be dropped in very flush and snug with some careful cutting and some glue on the underside, another option and will be somewhat tidier would be, to just have the plate slightly larger than the cut out and then just plonk it proud on top, allowing slightly more room on the underside for lighting up as well :thumbup1: Providing the door will still close after adding the extra 3mm on the sill height that is, sure it will or just take a grinder to the underside of your door  Shouldn't be giving these ideas to the Cardiff boy :tongue_smilie:
8. You could get TwinTurboRich to make some 300ZX steel plates or whatever you want really and then just drop these in your cut out on the sill, then back light them, you could probably just use cheap smd 12v flexible strips as I think there will be room. He has been itching to do something on the sills for a while now
9. Not surprised you're chuffed, those are well nice
10. Very nice Lee, the amount of water is staggering, we just stood there in awe :thumbup1: We flew on a day trip I think it was from NYC to Buffalo, then were driven to the USA side and then crossed into Canada for the falls itself. Of course we went on the boat underneath as well, a top top place to visit without a doubt
11. Interesting you put Niagara, I went about 5 years ago and it takes your breath away. Tokyo is high on my list, if not the very top :cool3:
12. Just a bit far for me that Marty, although I was 'having fun' with one driving through Sowerby Bridge about 6 months ago, it was very quick  You never know if it's the same car as it's a small world :thumbup1:
13. If they were flickering, this could easily be a power supply problem. Initially, You sure the battery you put on was any good? Did it start the car? Was the car running when you had the lights on? I would certainly start by looking here first
14. Yes, he's a southern numpty and the northerner was canny, he probably saw the southerner setting off and thought 'eh upp we have one ere'
15. No I didn't but I am deflecting the blame to the Scots as I am a Northerner but not a monkey, although I can sometimes be a cheeky monkey
16. Use your tax reminder when it comes and declare it off road, do it online. The sorn lasts a year but you can tax it again anytime after your work is complete. Mine is sorned, I intend taxing it again on 1st April or May just for 6 months and I will then put it away again :cool3:
17. That's very regionalist and ebay should remove it  Reading between the lines, I think he isn't happy with the Scots
18. Oh dear it's now official you do have the bug, life will never be the same again :surrender:
19. Lee hasn't been the same lad since he did this mod, the medication he his now on is endless :crying:
20. I had to look twice and enlarge  to make sure it wasn't a R8
21. Well done that man....a man with a pair :thumbup1: Welcome, load your pics into photobucket and then just post the IMG code alongside your text and then we can all see the old girl
22. Is there a SWB TT outside yours with ribbons all over it  If so, don't keep us waiting with those pics!! Have a lovely day
23. I have Pilkington done through the insurance and there is nothing wrong at all with it, drivers side in the corner is where it is badged. Be interesting to know if you have the same, I am expecting the answer to be a yes :thumbup1:
24. Is it made by Pilkington and not Nissan
