You've a 265 wide tyre on a 10J rim, no problem there, so a 10mm spacer will make it +35 and give flush fitment and the clearance you seek. A bit more aggressive 15mm spacer is possible if your arches are rolled and with a slightly stretched tyre. Not sure why it is fouling though, is ride height ridiculously low ?

I cannot decipher that with any certainty but I do wonder if the 1’s denote green and green glass, whereas all mine and your 1/4 glass are green and clear green ?. Thus giving you the impression the door glass is a stronger or deeper colour.

Your door glass is not M408 Lee ? The LWB mid 1995 import I am breaking has and the 1/4 glass's code is NSG.M31.08 = Green.
