Started to rebuild my engine again today. After a false start I've managed to get the built fixed and ready to give it another go. Hopefully over this weekend I'll drop her back in.

To get the engine in through the door we had to push the zed out so a few majestic shots as she sat on the drive.

Engine now back from being repaired and hopefully i will start fitting it in the next few days.

Howdy, My old clutch looks a bit tired and was wondering whats best to use nowadays apart from a new oem one.

Got my zed done at the same time as my respray and the included it in the price. Sure it would have been about £350 or more if done seperately and it was done in some sort of thick underseal. When i'm working on my zed two years later it still feals tacky to the touch.

Its complete apart from the Engine, had a few running issues so it getting sent back for a checkup.

Yeh, Use flux, dont twist the ends before splicing and after soldering use heatshrink tubing. Remember to put the heatshrink on prior to doing the soldering. I use a similar method as this but dont use the small wire as hown in the video
