  1. Thinking of putting the spare engine in the Purple zed just so i can get it out. Hopefully picking up a unit this week so will have plenty of room to get working on all my zeds.
  2. I'll be there to volunteer to man the stand as usual, having a zed with me would just be a bonus.
  3. It's in great condition but think the price is way to high. I just purchased a 1997 TT which looked in better condition apart from a few interior panels that needs sorted. The price they are asking is more what i would look for if i would be selling my own one which is close to factory condition.
  4. Be a minimum of a month before i can start breaking it up. As i have another zed stuck in front of it that i need to deal with first unfortunately.
  5. The original link was part of an older thread? The thread in question and the post referencing it is older than the upgrade we done. It's kinda like leaving old sign posts up to a road that doesn't exist any longer, we could trail through possible post but there could be thousands of links that are wrong. Unfortunately it's not something I can easily fix.
  6. Hi, It's become apparent that many old links that pre-date the current Forum Software no longer work. These date back to when we used vBulletin v4 and even though the upgrade was automated; a lot of the old links didn't get converted. All the original content will still be on the site but you will need to do a full search for it using usernames or key words. You just need to watch out an ensure the search function hasnt defaulted to the local topic or section first as shown below : 20240525-1053-06.7072746.mp4 Quick fix is to simply click the search icon at the top right to be taken to the Search page as follows : https://www.300zx-owners.club/search/ Set the content type to 'All Content' and type a few keywords in the Search term or add Search by Author and match a club user. 20240525-1051-01.3663875.mp4
  7. Search eerything that Jeff has published : https://www.300zx-owners.club/search/?&q=Brake tech thread&quick=1&author=JeffTT&search_and_or=or&sortby=relevancy
  8. Are these links in the technical area ? I know that the one above doesnt work but where are you seeing the original links ?
  9. Could be a really old link going back to the Vbulletin days. Do you have a link to Jeffs original thread where that link was ?
  10. Do you mean the profile picture to the left ? If that's the case then its limited by 500Kb in size and 170px by 170px
  11. What do you mean by main photo ?
  12. Which section are you trying to upload to ? Is it not talking about the resolution ?
  13. presumable like new. I'll sit it aside for you when i start to break it up.
  14. You need a Premium Membership to PM on the club. Do my best to get some better pictures over the next week or sooner.
  15. Only as a rolling shell, I was planning to take the engine, gearbox, rear spoiler and the full exhaust.
  16. I'll have a 99 Spec copy available shortly. The black TT has an original three piece 99 spec spoiler on it at the moment.
  17. Yes, I'll have a full gearbox conversion shortly. It's off a 1997 TT, likely selling complete kit for about £1600.
  18. Unfortunately i had to block a whole country last night. As we had over 100 registrations for bogus accounts come in.
  19. Wouldnt even attempt it. Not a simple hot wire, you'll need alot more than the hicas module and a few wires. You talking about replacing every harness in the zed from the boot to the bulkhead, then also the looms behind the dash. Changes were made on series 3 / 4 zeds and even the door loom have various changes.
  20. not easy, easier just bypassing the hicas with a lockout bar. I presume there is extra wiring all the way from the rear to the engine bay and then down to the ECU.
  21. No, You wont have the electronic hookups to make it work. The series 4 zed switched to a electronic actuator, so there is no oil feed pipes on them any longer.
  22. Yeh, And it will be electronic actuated.
