Not much been happening on my zed for a while now as my work and bad weather has stopped me from working on it. But after getting a spare plenum from Andy (cheers) I decided to give it a deep bath and scrub. After searching through the local BnQ's and HomeBases I finally managed to find a tub that's perfect for the job. 5 Buckets of boiling water later she's still only 1/2 full. Took a good 20 minutes of filling buckets and boiling the kettle to get a nice hot bath going. I plan to steep the hole lot over night like this then tomorrow I have a paint on degreaser that i'll try out also. Meanwhile the current plenum is about to be boxed up and sent up north for a full polish too. As these are series 4 plenums and generally hard to get hold of I wanted two to be sure my zed would still be operational while one was away getting polished. Wasn't taking any risks.

After my engine rebuild I've just noticed I've chucked out the boost solenoids that were amongst spare parts. So need them urgently.

Loose connection on the clocks maybe? Sorry that's all I can think of it being but if you've checked the bulbs already you've already likely unplugged the clocks too.

Yes ! The black cable connects to the back right side with a screw, the smaller one next to it bolts on more to the left and the larger plug comes round and plugs into the left side.

Need two very good condition UK or JAP spec rear quarter glass panels. Rubber must be in excellent condition as its for my zed rebuild to match all the rest of the new rubbers. Will pay good price for the best condition. Cheers

We need to plan 2015 way ahead to ensure its done right. any ideas however small show be noted down. i myself would like to see a few below changes to jae. bigger fridge something to make our marque stand out at night (liked the colour changing LEDs) take part in the group sports events which we never do like the 5 a side. maybe fundraising doing something at an event to get noticed. maybe a live camera of the event on the club, (I done this a few years ago)

Later on in the day the other half arrived so I pushed her all the way out and let the sun shine on the beauty.

New hoses arrived so got rid of those braided looking ones and the fit is much better now. As you can see my zed has underwent the top of the range irn-bru install which costs thousands. Also got my self a batch of new wing bolts in purple which I've also dotted about a few other places As you can see the lady sneaks out the garage just enough so I can open the doors, any more then I doubt I could push her back in.

Why do no supporters suddenly have such hate for everyday people who want to say yes. What happened today with Andy Murray just sickened me and public abuse and threats should be dealt with from both sides if its a yes or no. Scotland want independence because its our believe that we are being mis-managed by west minsters greedy fat cats. Why should we feel grateful if our say has no effect and is ignored. Were suppose to be a United Kingdom and stand together as a nation but we are getting ripped apart because we are getting used and abused. Only now at the final hours are the Scottish people being offered some resolve but it comes at a time where it now clearly looks and feels like a empty and last attempt to hold onto our leash. Which either way the vote goes I will accept and say no more as it was the people who made the decision. My vote was placed a week ago by postal and my views haven't changed since I done it. I've no idea what the press is like down south but up north the BBC have been very biased and refused to show the true supporters of Scotland simply because again the fat cats of Westminster are in control. In most cases I keep my opinions to myself and I've read but stayed off posting until now as I didn't want to start a any sort of arguments over yes or no and why were doing it. End of rant.
