Combination of mjp and zed centre . All I can say is I've spent a stupid amount of cash, lol. the pic in the previous thread is about a quarter of what's to come still on order.

I had to leave so won't get any more until Monday now.

And she's finally rolled into the paint booth for the first coat ! The guys also stripped down all the intercooler pipes for me as a freshen up. And my 99 spec bumper getting prepped for respray too

Looking for the rubbers that are bonded in with the glass to the rear quarters, The ones I've just taken off have seen better days but they can't be replaced without buying the whole glass again. Anyone got a good set that can be taken off a breaker, Also needing blue quarter glass so if its attached to that eveb better. Cheers

And finally heres is a pic of the goodies which arrived today. All I can say is how bloody soft new rubber is, lol Got myself : windscreen side rubbers targa roof rubber and main seal rubber rear quarter trims centre targa piece new targa leathers new rad cover various bolts and new water sensors few things still on back order and another huge order still to arrive from mjp.

Then on the way out of the door I my new bonnet caught me eye and after chatting we dragged the pedestal out into the sun to see it shine. Not the cleanest of pics as its a wee bit dusty but it really shows how the sun can flip the colour. Lastly a big box full of new goodness arrived today so i'll go away and take some more pics and post up shortly.

Daily update time ! Managed to get the rear quarter glass out but took me nearly 45 minutes per side and it was a bugger of a job. But glad it was done as the painters can now do a proper job rather than masking round the glass. Also managed to get a glimpse of the doors and spoiler which both have had there first coat or primer.

ok, Going to attempt to take the quarters out and also the original glass from the tailgate. Can the quarter rubbers that are around it be replaced. I've ordered the bottom trim but not the rest.

Old Tailgate which is japspec glass : Tailgate of breaker which I presume is UK : Now we haven't removed the quarter glass and I never intended to due to the difficulty of it. So would it be possible to tint the clearer glass down to the same as the quarters. Also the front is cracked and is getting replaced under insurance so no idea what that will be either.

Actually got the original tailgate from the black zed but threes slight burn marks on it from when some welding got done and the glass wasn't sufficiently covered.

Its not the tint but there's the remainder of a very clear film that I can't easily get off. The glass that's out the back on my spare blue looking and I could tint that.

So I've two more tailgates out the back and now I know how to get the glass out i'm thinking of taking one of the better glasses out the other tailgate. I see a kit similar to what I used in the garage on ebay but is £25 cheap or should I get a better one.

lol, I'm at JAE every year and was at Coventry last weekend. The drives not as bad as it seams and could be more fun if a convoy was created.
