Got two left side scuttle panels which are crack free ! One has been painted black and could do with a respray the other is Nissan oem look. £40 for the normal one and £30 for the painted one delivered. Note : no clips or rubber seal at back so take them from your old scuttle Pics up shortly !

Used to have a set of those myself a few years back but the EL parts of them broke so they wouldn't light up any longer. Sure they came from zcentre; however luke lists the red / white looking ones now.

Excellent, Great to see another zed getting a full refurb; just going through the exact same myself.

Discovered two broken gears for my headlights after I dismantled them for a clean. Need the gear that's can unscrew from a breaker and also does anyone know how to replace the gear that's attached to the actual headlight ?

My my wife said exactly the same thing earlier! think it's just the trick of light or reflection of the tape or something, lol

This just makes the empty shell so much better.

Look what arrived today !

Have a set of brand new Nissan pillar trims. Bought these brand new from MJP but my insurance company just replaced mine as part of my claim so these are spare. Boxed as new from Nissan but opened to check. You will need two top clips if you manage to break the old ones taken these off. Sell for £70 posted for both sides, these are usually £55 per side

not sure myself yet as will be doing lots of overtime for sure in September and i'll be away for JAE

Talking of HIDS; this is something I need to order shortly so whats the best make out there ?

Started to reassemble / test fit the targas today to discover I think I need some sikaflex and draft excluder foam. Few plastics are still on back order but these will likely be the first fully completed component of my new purple zed.

May as well change both sides so they match !

Both windscreen pillar trims in good condition. Great to replace your worn out trims for a fresh look. Trims only, so will need original clips from old trim to fit back on.

Claimed on insurance and paid excess of £75; so it will be new and fitted hopefully on friday.

Worst things getting vented wings and then a bad paint job. Best things get rid of original veil side kit which was on the zed when it was bought. doing a manual conversion changing suspension to meisters changing all the rest of the struts and wishbone parts to drift works . getting an engine rebuild getting a professional respray and eventually getting it all back together.

Just awaiting a few pieces of moulding and my new blue front should be fitted along with the blue sides and the blue rears. :)

Yeh, Been keeping this stashed in a safe place for the last few months !

Also got a nice pic showing my engine has just ben picked up by the couriers and is heading my way. Many thanks to Lee Dent for doing such an excellent job.

Spent more time today and yesterday cleaning. Yesterday I gave my headlights a good soaking in the bath for two hours follows by a rinse off Then today I spent a good hour and a bit removing uk spec tailgate glass from an old tailgate I've stored for a few months. Followed by an hour scraping all the shit off it and giving it a bloody good clean.

Now fixed !
