Anyone else having eBay issues at the moment ? Can't access it saying my username and password are incorrect and when doing a reset password it then proceeds to tell me that my account doesn't exist. Unlinked it from paypal just incase and changed my paypal password but it looks ebay is having major issues.

Lastly in the last hour of the day i fitted the front bumper and also bonnet. Wanted to get this for JAE but too many wee tasks needing done that i'm not rushing anything, That and I have a few window glasses missing. The zed has still to have a full wet polish but wait to you see these pics of it outside when it was loaded onto the trailer.

Had a full day in the garage again today and today it seems I got loads done. Starting off I managed to fit the new gearbox / alternator loom which was a bitch to fit. Why is it jobs like these have missed opportunities that would have made the job a whole lot easier when the engine was out. Next I fitted the new scuttle panel which looks rather swish ! Also fitted new rocker gaskets and sealed the outer ones with sealant. Managed to loose the rubbers and bolts for the pas pot so used some temporary bolts to get it into place too.

Gearbox / Alternator Loom Identification
Perfect, That pic shows exactly where the plastic lugs slot into to secure it and what route it takes. Any ideas what the round plug is that looks like its got a dust boot over it ? Inside its just a round crimp.

Gearbox / Alternator Loom Identification
ok, ive checked again today and my oil pressure sender is at the passenger side, now I have aftermarket sender in there for my drift gauges so looking to add a oem sender on the oil branch at the drivers side, there is what looks like a bolt that unscrews so could I put the oem sender in there like where it is on other zeds. I looking to keep the oem guage working aswell as my aftermarket digital gauge as dead needle bug me.

Gearbox / Alternator Loom Identification
Managed to get this loom in today but still not sure what some of the connections in the middle are for or what they should connect to. Can anybody post a pic of this area to show how the cable is routed past the engine.

Got a few more hours in the garage again today and managed to fit all my japspeed stuff New downpipes were a bugger to fit and I shredded my hands a few times tightening bolts. The japspeed system all in wasn't the easiest of jobs to be done and I certainly couldn't have done it without the post lift or the gearbox stand to push it slowly into place.- JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
ACT Clutch http://www.advancedclutch.com/- Gearbox / Alternator Loom Identification
so the large rubber boot looks to be the oil pressure sender but mine is the passenger side i'm sure. Seen a few pics where its next to the oil filter too. anyone confirm this?- JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
too slow for my liking !- Gearbox / Alternator Loom Identification
Also whats the safest route past the turbos to the connections where they fit at the light.- Gearbox / Alternator Loom Identification
ok, Got me this new loom and since the old one was so foo bared I'm finding it hard to match up connections. Anyone tell me what's what ? A few are obvious because of there location like the very ends but kind stuck with the one that's got the large boot on it and a few of the skinner one.- JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
Yeh, Plan was to get it to JAE but doubt i'll have enough time to re-assemble it all.- JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
Been a week since I've updated everyone but I can say that : The engine is now in, new clutch fitted, gearbox is back in, and finally single piece prop is fitted ! Got a few hours in the workshop tomorrow so will get some more pics then ! - JaiKai - Full rebuild & Respray
