had a similar issue on ours a while back and the trick was to tilt it 45 degrees for 5 minutes. The lets the ball in the valve move again and then it drains.

Hi, Between 1PM and roughly 1:45PM there was a internet carrier issue at a major UK datacentre in London, This may have effected your connection to the site or to other services. Certainly cut me off and 70+ staff at my work for about an hour so i'd thought i'd see if anyone else across the UK suffered the effects too ? Let me know. Lee

Found the cause, looks like vbulletin was set to only send 60 every 10 minutes

ok, This is nothing to worry about, for everyone else reading this we done a mailshot recently and I believe because of the shear number of emails being sent there may be a backlog of email queued up waiting. Give it time and it should catch up !
