Hardest bit to get to is the part of cable that comes through the bulkhead as its up behind the blower unit in the dash. Can be done with its removal but heard its a bugger, luckily my dash, blower and heater matrix were out when I done mine.

Some of you forum junkies may have noticed the downtime for the last 30 minutes. Our servers has a small overload and the drives were nearing 95% full. bit of house cleaning and were back up and hopefully it shouldn't happen again. Lee

Been trying to come up with a method to blow balloons up with a small c02 cartridge. much like the cartridges used in paintball guns and to inflate bike tyres. im looking for the effect of blowing up a balloon with out no visible method of doing it. ie - hidden tube in a glove and trigger in Palm or something.

Halloween is approaching and every year my costume sucks (no pun intended) So this year I splashed out and got something from I movie I absolutely love. Just need some white gloves and a pack of red and yellow balloons !

Not much been happening on my zed for a while now as my work and bad weather has stopped me from working on it. But after getting a spare plenum from Andy (cheers) I decided to give it a deep bath and scrub. After searching through the local BnQ's and HomeBases I finally managed to find a tub that's perfect for the job. 5 Buckets of boiling water later she's still only 1/2 full. Took a good 20 minutes of filling buckets and boiling the kettle to get a nice hot bath going. I plan to steep the hole lot over night like this then tomorrow I have a paint on degreaser that i'll try out also. Meanwhile the current plenum is about to be boxed up and sent up north for a full polish too. As these are series 4 plenums and generally hard to get hold of I wanted two to be sure my zed would still be operational while one was away getting polished. Wasn't taking any risks.
