  1. sorry to here that fella, take it it was manual box and not a auto judging by your comments. shame if it was auto i have a spare in the garage. what were you thinking of price wise for the car as a whole fella?
  2. oooh R8, and yes i agree surprisingly slower than a zed (not by much though), i raced one and got the p taken outta of me when i said i was pulling away from it as people didn't believe me. Ok i wasn't stock, i was running 16psi on the tubs with supporting mods.
  3. i cant get insurance with FMJ as i have to many mods on my car according to the dude on the phone. but i did get quoted 310 @ 5k miles per year if it was standard lol
  4. not sure what it is as its saying "not allowed to view album" when clicking the link lol, use photobucket :)
  5. Your post on PH is confusing, did you do the damage or did it do the damage to you?
  6. lurpak? you planning on baking him? surely KY would be better?
  7. Top it off with low car prices, if someone can get a whole car with a decent engine in for around the same price as the engine, and they have the room to split the vehicle they will do that.

  10. yeah and ive seen that same shit stay on ebay for months lol I got a rebuilt engine (on warranty not a jimmer rebuild) that had covered 7k miles on that rebuild for £550 bud with refurbed turbos , sorry to disappoint you
  11. with how the 300zx suspension is, ive heard its best once lowered to get other adjustable parts and get it set up correctly.
  12. only if its lowered with out the correct camber.
  13. they will fit but will sit 5mm into the arch so a 5mm spacer (can get them from halfrauds or ebay) will do wonders to help the stance.
  14. the ones on mine were 8.5j front with a +35 offset and the rears were 9.5 with a +35 offset, if i had lowered the car like my silver n/a they would of looked the nuts, but alas my black car just looked like a tractor lol
  15. its places like autoglass that add to the cost of our insurance, when i needed to get my UK spec black zed, i didnt have insurance on it as it was stuck in a garage sorned, auto glass quoted me £700 for the UK spec windscreen £400 of that was for the clips and weather strips  I got one from a local fitter for £219 fitted and used my own weather strips. bloody rip off merchants autoglass are. But yeah, bronze for JDM, blue for UK spec. i found that taking the bonnet off, removing the strips my self, and getting the scuttle panels out of the way before they arrived a lot better than him having to do it him self and possibly breaking something.
  16. ill swap mine for yours any day mate lol, my 19" are fine, i tram lined more on 17s than my 19's
  17. id rather own me zed to be honest, not going to deny its a nice car, i just cant stand ferries lol Im more a mclaren / lambo man my self.
  18. think you should change your name from madmax to madness, after everything you did to that zed, your thinking about stripping it? barmy
  19. You dont have to get staggered alloys, if you find somewhere that sells single alloys you can get all 4 the same, the rears were indeed wider than the fronts.
  20. Implu racing 17" on my cherry red zed 18" on my black TT the Same 18" on my Silver N/A
  21. i had a dv24 on my turbo'ed pug 406 exec sounded great.
  22. Ive got 19" on mine and the ride is actually just as bad oops i mean as comfy as 18" and even the OEM alloys were. im running with 36psi in them as well.
  23. 18" are good, got enough tyre wall on them to not worry too much, im on 19" and i love them to be honest they actually still look small on the car, 18" seem to suit better at a distance, 19" close up lol.
  24. Well my daughter is going to be 4 in april and my little boy has just turned 2 back in december, not bad for a bloke bringing his kids up, though i do have a great woman to thank for helping and taking on children that are not hers so i can get work done. was a bit stressful last year though as my mum had to look after the kids so me and the mrs could both work, but shes been laid off now (meh) so shes got the kids during the day while im away at work. It gets a lot better when they start walking and learning to talk, had some right laughs with some of the things my daughter and son have said. My little boy tells you to put the ubelt on (seatbelt) before pulling away lol, and my daughter went from saying "slow down" when driving to "can we go faster daddy?" Im with bigjizzy on the ninja bed theft, i always wake up with my little boy snoring his head off next too me at the moment and for such a little person he dun half hog the quilt lol
