fixed, thats your EGR solenoid, has it been deleted, by the looks of that you have also had your AVI's deleted as the other solenoid is present in image 2 with nothing connected to it.

well i have no intermittent wipers, i bought a control unit from zedworld hoping that would fix my problem, but it remained, so i have a spare control box ill sell you if you need it mate its been plugged in (tested at Zedworld so its a known working unit) but took back out. On the Aus site someone mentioned that the wiper motor and a relay in the drivers side wheel arch also have something to do with the operation of the wipers. the relay in the drivers side wing is my issue as i can wiggle it and it will set the wipers off and also give me intermittent back. 6mm matey, ive still got to plumb my profec spec II in lol, its wired in and gives a nice read out, but im yet to connect the actuators and feed the van into the controller in the engine bay lol

every single zed ive used has this issue, i fixed it by putting the nozzle in upside down with the top of the pump handle resting on the filler flap. its the only way i can get fuel into my blooming zed with out the nozzle thinking the tanks full lol Make sure you put the pump nozzle is in first before you turn it upside down, or you will empty fuel over your wheel arch

The only way you will recover the data if you swap the boards, is if you get one with the same version number and same firmware version as well, not as straight forward as you may believe, im still waiting to get a HDD board to recover a fecked hard drive to get my data off.

Not revving past 4k revs sounds just like MAF, i know you have changed it recently, did you get a new one or second hand one? also, is it plugged in? though would of thought it might be a bit rough

Do you have another PC to test it in? that would confirm if the HD is screwed, there are company's that will recover your data but its not cheap and not advised if you have 400gig of porn lol

thats only if fitting a NA gearbox to a TT engine, also you would need to shave off some of the inside of the bell housing to accommodate the TT fly wheel, have you stuck a NA gearbox on the TT then? if so, the engine might not be turning due to the flywheel hitting the gearbox housing if you havent shaved that piece off.

if the starter motor is trying to rotate the engine, then its not the loom that is the issue. If it was, there would be no power to the starter.

its a big kids thing, come on mark you run a model shop, you should know this one :) we all like to be big kids, some more than others lol

Just to clear a few things up If the battery hasnt got enough charge to turn the engine, but enough power to put lights on your dash, you will hear a clicking sound rather than the starter motor whirl If the starter motor is engaging but no spark the engine will still turn over as long as there is enough charge in the battery It does sound more like either, starter motor isnt engaging on the fly wheel, or the starter motor is fecked. first thing id do is change starter motor as thats the easiest bit to change. if that fails, then the gear box has got to come off as i think you have got the fly wheels mixed up at some point and put the N/A fly on instead of the TT one. The car is obviously getting power other wise the starter motor wouldnt even make a sound so power isnt the issue just yet. So first port of call is the starter motor. next would be the fly wheel if changing the starter fails to turn the engine.
