Tuscan hunting
This. Although I dunno what the Spec of the OP's car is? My Zed is running 14psi of boost, and I'm pretty confident that I wouldn't stand a chance against a TVR, Cerbera or Tuscan. Quicker than my mate's E39 M5 though :D

White, Bristol
Parked outside a pub called The Victoria (or something), in St Warburtons (or whatever it's called) on Saturday night.

Big Favour needed.
Have a go with some superfeet inserts, I use them and they're great. I think they have a 30-day trial period too, so if you don't get on with them you can get your money back.

My new front end - what do you reckon?
Looks good, nice and aggressive I think. Just need some wheels! :thumbup1:

WOW what a looker
I just brought up my cup of tea looking at that.

Standard suspension - What's it like?
If it's just the rears I might pass, unless I can find a newish set of fronts to go with them, thanks anyway.

Standard suspension - What's it like?
Might be interested. Only 1000 miles? Were they fairly recent replacements then? Is the car going to look like it's on stilts?

Standard suspension - What's it like?
The suspension that I currently have on my zed isn't great. They're Tokicho and they're blue (they're not coilovers), and I think the fronts are shagged as they feel a bit... "wafty" at speed. Slightly contradictory, the whole setup feels too stiff which doesn't inspire confidence on a typical bumpy b-road. Anyway, I'm just wondering what standard suspension is like? I've never been in a Zed with standard units (actually I've never been in a Zed other than my own!). Is it totally useless, hence why everyone seems to have replaced it, or is it perfectly competent for everyday use, and blasting down a country road (I don't do trackdays)? I'd love a set of Meisters but funds are a bit tight at the moment. I guess I could also just replace the front shocks on mine if possible...

Cars that lead to your zed!
Any pics of the Countach?

at a glance
The thing is, it's easy to make a car go fast, anyone can put a massive engine in something and make it a pointy shape to get to 200+mph. Hell, BMW make a 4 door saloon that is capable of 200mph. The point of the Veyron is that it's capable of these amazing performance figures, but is able to pull these numbers all day long. As it's made by VW (sort of), it's built to the same standards as all their other cars, i.e. it's been designed to be able to last for 300,000 kilometers without an engine rebuild. I'm not sure the same could be said of an F1, or many/any other supercars...

Best Pose for a Z
I quite like profile shots: Or dead on from the front, can't find pics of that though. That one in Jimmers sig is stunning, would love to see more pics of that!

improving brakes on a budget
I refurbed mine recently, it's not too difficult, I just found it time consuming. I replaced all the seals and gave them a fresh lick of paint, the improvement was massive! There's a few good guides online. This is the guide I used - http://www.zmods.org/index.php?page=caliper_rebuild Got all the bits from Dan @ DTA who was able to give me good advice and top customer service!

Recommend a pub near Oxford??
The Trout is pretty good (http://www.thetroutoxford.co.uk/) It's just off the A34 so fairly easy to get to, although not sure on roads round Oxford...

Japspeed hard pipes - fitting
Thanks, could be an expensive road now with getting shiny things for the engine bay...

Which looks best
I just voted for the third option, although in hindsight I think the second option looks better. Sorry to make your poll 100% incorrect  I'm not usually a fan of vented nose panels, or vented bonnets but I think in bare carbon on a black car, it looks great

Japspeed hard pipes - fitting
Finally got these fitted, had to trim about 1cm off each end of each pipe. Thanks for all the help anyway!

My NSX
Also do you have any pics of your entire collection? Would be interesting to see...

My NSX
Beautiful car, love the garage also!

Sergent C old zed is back
I think it's good to see Zed's being advertised for higher values, but can anyone tell me what is special about that car as I know nothing about it? (and the eBay ad is shockingly bad)

Video Editing
Windows movie maker is free I think? I use Adobe Premiere, easy enough to get free (without using cracked software) but possibly overkill!

Japspeed hard pipes - fitting
Do you mean the ones that run along the side of the engine, or that come up from the bumper?
