egr/aiv/prvr removal??
from my understanding.... if you haven't got cats then you don't need them, as long as the aiv actuator is disconnected it shouldn't be a problem .... this might help... http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?cat.106 & http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?cat.106

egr/aiv/prvr removal??
I think you'll find that it matters a lot what you have on your car or have taken off / disconnected.... EBC will enable you to remove the old control units for your wastegate actuators. BOV's, then no need for the recuirc valves. and you know about the EGR & AIV there is also the PRVR and vac tank... if you use this site and type the unit you want to know about it has heaps on info..... http://tech.aus300zx.com/ the EGR removal is a pig of a job for a novice.... have a day trip and take it to Jeff for an evaluation...

Do I need remap or it is enough ?
nice job.... i don't think you need a remap but it couldn't hurt... depends on how much power you want out of it.... as long as the chip is set for those injectors and other restrictions are increase that should be fine.... like I said ... what do you want?

how about I email you a copy.... emails me at medallion_man@blueyonder.co.uk and I'll send you them..... I could post the guide but there are a few pics and they have to be hosted on Photobucket and then linked.... and since I already have the guide in word format this would be easier... :)

rough running
google says its about 160 miles and takes 3 hours.... you wont get it fixed better anywhere.... get AA cover and if it breaks down they can take you the rest of the way.... :) however since its an NA it might be an easier job for someone with less Z'd knowledge.... good luck anyway.....

rough running
GO TO Zedworld !!!!!!!!! you will have to look hard to find anyone to work on them who knows what they're doing....

Rear lights
like Tudor says... only light cracks on the very edge of the lenses can be concealed, scratches on the face are much easier to fix/hide. Once the lenses have big cracks in them that's the end of it.... the only way to go if you have to keep them is to either paint the dark/black section on the outside or use a vinyl sticker / decal cut to shape. also it would be taking a big risk doing a clear conversion on any light with cracks in the lens (if that's what they were for).

Rear lights
yes... a few... pm me your email address and i'll send you a word doc and tips... it's a composite of the other guides around (i.e. all the best bits).... lol..

rough running
could be one cylinder is running lean... there are so many things that can go wrong with these cars and so a number of small problems together can make a big one... there are a number of things you can do to keep your car going (from a novice point of view).. aside from the usual oil, water, air filter, plugs.. 1 - regularly check and keep all the electrical connectors clean (particularly in the wet). 2 - check the vac / pressure in the induction (not as critical in an NA) 3 - check the usual culprits that cause bad idle... (link to Oz tech forum guide) http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?cat.150 4 - take the car to Zedworld... :) you won't get better service or Knowledge for Z's anywhere in the UK. So many members on here will contest to how worth while it was making the trip. good luck..

KOYORAD parts
just got replies from them... FRSport, about $10 for the part and $25 delivery.... total £35 (about £22) CZP $12 for the part and $12 delivery.... total £24 (about £15) aside from that being extortion CZP is by far the best deal.... but i need two and I didn't bother to ask them about that.... Think i'll source them locally, I know i can do a better deal than that, without the risk of customs tax. found these... a bit long I know but that can be fixed.... http://www.pro-bolt.com/index.php/titanium-socket-cap-m10-x-1-25mm-x-20mm.html#.T5edfnmndYR Titanium Socket Cap M10 x (1.25mm) x 20mm £6.12 Inc VAT £3 delivery So £15.24 for two… Also checking with local distributor of KOYO rads...

cheers Pete... yeah, i just found this on their site.... Are brand new drain plugs available for my Koyorad All Aluminum Racing Radiator? Where can I purchase one? Yes. Brand new Koyorad drain plugs (Koyo part# PI1186) can be purchased through the Koyorad retailer who sells Koyorad Race Radiators. For reference, our Koyorad drain plugs are sized M10 x P1.25. so now it's just finding where to get them....
