  2. LOL.. you won't get a better offer than that.. top man Lee..
  3. put a post in the wanted section... :) I've got spares but wouldn't be able to post until mid next week.. I'm sure there are heaps on here with spares.. :)
  4. on here for second hand... should do the trick (get two to make sure) or new from Zcentre .. http://www.zcentre.co.uk/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.pbv.tpl&product_id=96&category_id=67&keyword=coil&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=7 but I'd go for second hand before paying that much.. you could also try MJP on this site (for new) http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?38-MJP-Eastern-auto
  5. phutumsch has a recent post with a link... also you can get CANBUS bulbs that don't cause the error or require a mod/replacement of the module
  6. I had my one done at a garage and yes they had to to take the whole hub assembly off and put it in a press (and that was after cutting the thing as well)... some are lucky some aren't !! like has been said another one of the difficult jobs.. :)
  7. Hi, there is a sleeve that fits down inside the bottom plate, sometimes this comes out and give the symptoms you describe. I used a hammer and a piece of metal to (gently) knock the section back into place. I think if you do a search on loose column or play in steering column or something like that you might find a few posts on it. If you can't find anything I'll see if I can take a few pics of my spare one and show you the section.
  8. so, no need for me to wonder what "obsession" looks like any more... :)
  9. two different ways... if it's a UK car there is a code that tells the year.. (UK cars have rear fog lights in the bumper... mostly) I think this applies to UK cars as well http://z32.wikispaces.com/VIN+Decoding (but since mine is a JDM I'm not 100%.. lol) and this might also help http://www.300zx.org.uk/import_dating.htm although some of these components can be changed.. if it's a JDM you need to check against the list with the Chassis number.. (JDM have rear side lights and usual an external fog light.. i.e.e not in the bumper... again mostly) http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.79 might help.. http://www.300zx.org.uk/z32_info.htm
  10. if you are very lucky it could be low on fluid... and yes the 95 is a good one.. heaps of stuff on the web about the different years. make sure you find out if its UK or JDM and if the import you will need to compare the Chassis number with the manufacture list to get the correct age.
  11. I've got some bits... PM'd
  12. LOL... My bloody fingers not engaging with brain again... :)
  13. so you were expecting some back for that comment... suppose you got off lightly then... :)
  14. did you wash the hatch in hot water??? don't worry a bit of gaff tape will sort that.. :D
  15. anyone see this... if you were thinning of getting something form the US now might be the time... http://www.z1motorsports.com/index.php
  16. Hey, welcome... you'll soon get used to the power... maybe not a good think.. :) like it has been said.. wet roads and turbos don't make good friend if you have a lead foot..
  17. Now that is a very good question and I can't answer it... however I can confirm that it does happen. i bought an almost bran new one and it was finer for a year or so then a month after my new engine sent it it just jumped 15% and had to be replaced... really didn't help my turbos at all. :(
  18. so turbos not kicking in... how did you test for boost/ vac leaks?
  19. LOL... MMMmmmmmm... in the current politically correct environment, i wouldn't have used the word "young"... maybe substitute it with a nice number like 25 ... :D
  20. lol.. the only other one she's ever seen and that makes it not rare... :)
  21. on a serious note... i think this site is a voucher site not actually buying the product... you need to check carefully before parting with any money.... :(
  22. LOL... almost right ... :) ... I did try Ann Summers but you had bought all the product I wanted...:whistling:
  23. Mmmm, lol.. somehow i don't thin she'd go for them.. :)
  24. lol... not for me... but thanks, i did pic something from the site for my wife for xmas.. :)
  25. Ah, I see... yes you are correct.. I have been in that situation a few times... :)
